“This is the best service I’ve ever experienced at any car repair shop! Brian was handling my car repair where he was super patient and responsive on answering my questions and providing my regular updates. I find no difficulties at all reaching to him! Due to my personal travel reason, I had to delay my vehicle pickup for sometime where Brian was super kind hearted to understand my scenarios and help arrange the car pickup upon my return. I find no difficulty to reaching them for help if I had one. The overall repair process was smooth and prompt. The body repair was also perfect. It felt like a brand new car after repair where the outer repair was flawless and looked like it never got damaged in the first place.
One recommendation I probably have is to have a post-repair sanity check. There were some small glitches when the car pieces were put back. In my cases, the driver side seat belt didn’t retract, the light fell off the car ceiling, and the doors couldn’t be locked or opened from the inside of vehicle. I don’t think these was repair issues, but rather assembly issues after repair, so a post-repair checkups could possibly reduce the changes of these small glitches. These issues were also actively and promptly resolved within hours, so I’m still satisfied with the repair process.
In summary, the overall experience is awesome at this place. Brilliant service and perfect repairing skills. Credits to Brian and his team. Despite some small issues, I would definitely recommend this place.”
“The repairs were completed before the expected time. My vehicle looks brand new again. The communication about my car being ready was good. This is my second time at Caliber Collision, the first time was in Everett and the second one in Snohomish. I wish the receptionist could’ve been more friendly, I said -Thank you for having my vehicle sooner of what I was expecting- and she didn’t even look at me nor answer. Other than that , I recommend this shop for any collision repairs.”

Zach and Bailey at the front desk are always friendly and very accommodating. I had a rental car that needed to be returned after my car was ready for pick up, but my work schedule makes it hard to get there during business hours. Zach offered to get it back to Enterprise for me--totally unexpected and I appreciated him going above and beyond. “From stsrt to finish, the work I needed done was handles with respect and care. Frequent updates ensured I was apprised of the progress on my vehicle as it went through each step of the process. The staff, especially Angel, did a phenominal job of providing updates and customer service as I went through this process. All my questions were answered and the car looked brand new at the end. Highly recommend King Collision/Crash Champions for any body work and collision needs as they did a fantastic job.”
“Our initial appointment was cancelled day of because the glass was not delivered, we reschedule for a week later. Staff is friendly and helpful. They threw in free wipers for the inconvenience. However, upon looking at their website, safelite is supposed to to include free wipers with a new windshield anyways. Overall experience was good, not excellent, but because the communication was so good, I’m willing to look past the oversight”

“I cannot say thank you enough for your generosity and friendliness... Above and beyond what expected. I sent a message and got a response right away. I had him take a look at my car cause it was a pretty good size dent and there are some tricky spots that I knew may or may not ever come out without bringing it to an actual auto shop due to the areas the dents were in which I was ok with. I was just looking for a quote. He LITERALLY just fixed it right there for me. Who does that? Lol. More then fair price it was Screaming deal for me. I told him my situation and what I could afford and he made me a deal. I would not have got this kind of service anywhere else, and I would have been charged more than I can afford at this time. Just goes to show there are good people out there that love to do what they do you just need to find them. 5 stars from me! Seriously, Thank you Garth.”
