I thought something else was wrong with my car, but Aaron came to look at my car at my convenience, and he found out it was something else wrong and scheduled me in for repairs. He even drove my car back to my house from his shop, which was super kind! Along with being patient with me when Venmo was down. I will be a returning customer. Please check out Aaron, especially for women who need car repairs, because mechanics normally like to scam women, but not his team!”
“Jeff is an incredible service advisor. I won't go anywhere else. It is such a relief to have an auto shop I can trust again.
Sensible diagnostics, a dealership left a connector unplugged which caused me months of grief. These guys plugged it back in and all is well...and didnt try to get unnecessary work out of it - amazing. I thought my warranty covered something it didn't and Jeff didn't argue, he tried anyway, and ended up saving me a little money on something else that was needed that my warranty did cover which i wasnt aware of. Jeff truly has your best interest in mind.
About Crossan's - Fast, knowledgeable, & convenient. They have an after hours pick up option with payment over the phone. 1 handicap spot. A back gated lot for securing vehicles overnight. Professional and friendly staff.

“I had been having trouble with my windshield wipers for a couple months now, and the parts that I had ordered for it were unfortunatly not fixing the problem. I just wanted them fixed at this point, so I called Nate's and was told to come in and that it was first come first serve. “Would recommend lake stevens automotive 10000000%. Me and my husband went on a camping trip. My husband had to drive 2 1/2 hours back home because he left his medication that he cant go without, but when he got home our car that pulls our travel trailer was smoking. He called lake stevens automotive and talked to Kyler who was able to immediately get Ian (our technician)to look at it. Diagnosed it as a water pump issue...but since it was the end of the buisness day, they wouldn't be able to fix it until the next day..when my husband said that it was fine (he thought he couldn't do anything about it) and told them I was stranded 2 1/2 hours away in our travel trailer with our newborn and toddler...they immediately said they would do it that day so he could get back to us.
