Clean, dry storage, off an easy to access low traffic road in NE Lk Stevens. The folks here are helpful and courteous, responsive.

Highly recommended because almost everything is available there. Fresh vegetables, meat, bakery items, home accessories, frozen food, crockery and fresh fruits, whatever you need is available there.

After several attempts at getting in touch with me (under new and IMPROVED management) a most accommodating fella not only helped resolve my lock issue AND waived any and all fees for all the headache from a faulty lock, but he was a joy to work with and has an incredible laugh. I am staying with this storage facility and will be recommending here to anyone needing storage. ;-)

Said online they were open 24 hours but they are not and when I got locked in 1 minute after 11 was told it cost me $45 to get out. I was at my storage one day and had my door partially closed and someone knocked it was management and she was very rude when she informed me that I couldn't have my door closed. I told her I didn't know and that I've seen several other people with their doors closed so I thought it was ok. she rudely argued with me saying no I didn't see other people with their doors closed and that she was going to evict me if it happens again.

Don't store your stuff there. They've been broken into too many times to count. Big ticket items get stolen there not just units boats, cars, trailers. There secluded, cameras are crap and no compassion when your stuff is stolen. "Not their problem." Read the fine print and go somewhere where there's 24 hour surveillance with someone behind the counter. Make sure they have insurance. They also own the storage place down the road. Yellow place.

Very professional and clean storage facility. Is monitored by CCTV and very secure. Management is very nice and try to bend over backwards and be helpful. Cleanest toilets I have ever seen. Big plus for my wife.
