I used to prefer this 7-11 to others in the area, but recently the staff has become VERY rude. I don’t expect much, you don’t even have to smile or say hello. You can completely ignore me until I walk to the register. All I expect is for you to do your job. Ring my stuff and tell me the total. But ever since online orders became popular at this store the staff prioritizes them over customers waiting at the register. I have had to wait more than 10 minutes to be able to pay because the cashier was “too busy” to ring up 3 items for me. The online order has time before someone comes to pick it up. It can wait. Please retrain your employees.

For the past 4 years this was my 'go-to' store. I enjoy Coke Slurpees. That's the reason I visited the store. Most of the prior management staff knew me. I was what could only be considered as a heavy consumer of Slurpees. My _average_ would be 2 XL or XXL per day. Only deviations were due to equipment malfunctions, product outages, or inconvenient defrost/cleaning cycle timings.The prior manager and his young wife were flat out awesome! They knew what was up w/the machinery, if there was an issue, and were quick w/the details and eta on resolution(s). Then some sort of falling out occurred and they, as of the last time I was in the store (months ago now), were no longer working there. This comes into play because they would never have allowed the idiot that decided to swap the Coke flavor to another Slurpee drum to do so w/out properly flushing the new drum. Much less doing so to a flavor that is unpleasant and overpowering; piña colada and/or banana. Both are wretched and completely destroy the Coke flavor. After purchasing my usual allotment of Slurpees for a few days over a few weeks in the hopes things would clear up/get fixed/moved back, and finding no change, I have refrained from visiting since.I will not be back unless/until the other people are reinstated and/or the slurpee situation is resolved.Pro tip:The arco/ampm North 9 "soper hill road" IIRC, is a corporate store and their XXL Coke Slurpees are less than the price of an XL at 7-Eleven amyway. And they don't mess with the flavors; win-win.

Just something to consider: You get ONE chance to be rude to customers before they can take their money elsewhere. To the older man who works here, glaring at your paying customers isn't the way to keep a business alive that's already overcharging on literally every item there.

So disappointed they took out the Sugar free Slurpees. I know it’s not just this Store but the franchise call, but I want them to realize that some of us who can’t have Sugar, still love Slurpees!

If I can give this place ZERO STARS I would! I placed an order online thru Uber eats so that I can go in get my stuff and leave. I get there check my bag it’s missing two items but I still got charged the full amount. I ask the owner why wasn’t the price adjusted if they didn’t have the product? He replies wit “ let the customer deal with it you’re just the Uber driver “ lol wrong I am the customer!!! Shady if you tell me! His gf chimes in and says “ discussion is over” and not nicely but rude and where the hell is the customer service? So I told her I just need clarification on why I’m still being charged for something I don’t have. She tells me to mind my business the customer has to deal with it! Rude rude rude!!!! Please take your money somewhere else they’re crooked and rude!

the store is currently out of large coffee cups so I am forced to choose either a medium or an extra large which is not ideal. I usually visit every morning around 6:30 a.m. and typically there is coffee available but one day this week when there was a female checker alone in the store there was barely one pot available for use
