Diagnosed my hot tub repair issue over the phone and I was able to fix the issue. Could have easily set up a service call to have their tech fix a simple issue. Appreciate the customer service. Used them many times in the past with successful results 100% of the time.

I called up to get information about repairing an older whirlpool tub and leaned in the call that repair was not feasible for very concrete reasons. I appreciated the time and advice even though I could not be a paying customer!
