Just called to inquire about getting something checked out on my 2005 Saab 92x aero aka Saabaru and was told “only the block is the same” and we dont work on those. Umm having owned a 2002 wrx wagon, the car is literally the EXACT SAME outside of badging and body panels….Ive done engine swap, brakes, suspension etc and its all the same I would know. You guys had great reviews which is why I picked you but that was obviously a mistake lol
Reply to response from owner- For being the owner your ignorance and dismissal is pretty alarming. The 92x aero and 2002-2007 wrx are the exact same platform regarding anything mechanical. You should really educate yourself. Why are you mentioning decoding a VIN or SAAB parts? completely irrelevant. All Genuine Subaru parts from a 2002-2007 wrx will fit because they are the exact same car mechanically. If you do not want/cannot work on the car that is perfectly acceptable but consider that you do not know what you are talking about.

Bad communication and time estimation. Subaru Service did a job on my 1995 Legacy (with less than 67,000 miles on it) to fix an oil leak. When I scheduled the work they estimated 5 days. It took three weeks to get my car back! While that was incredibly inconvenient what really bothered me was the lack of communication. As they continually missed the dates they set, they never reached out to me to explain the delays, I always had to contact them. When I finally stood up for myself they got very defensive and unprofessional. I am a reasonable and patient person but this was ridiculous. I thought I was going to experts but they truly let me down. I will not return and will warn my fellow Subaru owners not to use their services.

This is a fantastic place to get your Subaru serviced. Not only have they done a great job with friendly service, they've found an issue that was covered under warranty and told me to go to the dealer and provided me withphotos of the issue. I got an oil leak fixed for free.

Receptionist was rude. Cut me off multiple times and jumped to the conclusion that I had ruined my transmission while I explained my situation. I talked to four other shops who thought I had nothing to worry about. Turns out my transmission is fine.

Great shop! Had them do work on my 2005 Baja Turbo to fix a misfire issue as well as an oil leak. Both were fixed wonderfully in a very reasonable time frame. Great communication from the shop as well! Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks :)

Friendly staff, great technicians. Came in for a pre-buy inspection and saved myself tens of thousands of dollars when they discovered a host of issues with the car. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

Super helpful and friendly. Went in to get my key reprogrammed and was informed that it is a bad fob. They didn’t charge me since it wasn’t programmable, very thankful. Will definitely return for my future Subaru needs.

Rude to deal with, and doesn’t return voicemails. Called again a few days later and pretty unfriendly and not accommodating. Lost a local customer.
Response from Debra “Have the day you deserve” - ummm ok then.

I'm sold! I took my forester in for a general inspection and to check the brakes. The Les Schwab on Aurora and 125th had recently told me my brakes were down to 2mm. Suburb could have gone along and charged me for new brakes (and anything else from the inspection), but they were honest and told me they still have 6-8mm left, and everything else was fine! That honesty speaks volumes - I will definitely be back for any maintenance needs!
