Wish I could give them 20 stars!!! Ordered a gold draco a few weeks ago and was so happy with it I ordered another on Sunday night and it shipped Tuesday morning!! Great prices and very good staff. Plan to do all my custom shopping with Seattle engraving center! Thank you guys!

This company is awesome. They treat you like your purchasing a piece of jewelry. The quality and craftsmanship of the firearms produced is superb. I’m really satisfied with the firearms I have purchased thus far. I will definitely be back. There is only one complaint if I had any, I wish I could get my firearms a bit faster but quality is worth waiting for.

Seattle Engraving has the highest quality custom firearms that I have ever personally shot or seen. Complete Gold, Rose Gold, Chrome and diamond encrusted guns and sights?!? Who does that? ...Seattle Engraving does!They are all buffed to a mirror finish and every one of their firearms is absolutely beautiful.Please keep doing what you are doing!

9 Months! Purchased/paid for one of their engraved 1911 back in July. Called 2 months later to find out, no one working on my gun because the person who took my order is no longer there. Finally got a gun end of October. Not what I had ordered! Wrong color scheme and no personalized engraving. After 10 calls, 3 people and 2 months later owner calls me says he's personally going to correct the issue and for me to mail what they sent back to them. Now its April, called and emailed to see what's going on to hear that they can't engrave my wife's name as originally promised and they won't refund the additional fee they charged me. They are very unorganized and they will take your money and forget about you!

The gold plating looks as expected, but I must say my disappointment is with the packaging and incomplete accessories. When browsing to purchase the Springfield Armory 1911 I liked the hard case that the item is presented in, but when it came in, the case is a soft pouch in a cardboard box. I understand that the manufacturer sends them with that now, but don't advertise it with a different nice hard case because you will not get that. The other thing is that it clearly states that it comes with two magazines. Well, I only received one and when I called they told me that they put two magazines and they always make sure that they are in the box. No offer to replace the missing magazine and made me feel like they thought I was lying about it.

Shoddy workmanship, they will not respond to emails or calls. Diamond in sight is completely off, not sure how that would pass any kind of QC checks, it was really expensive too and has hardly any resale value due to the defect. Pretty much just threw my money away, would not recommend anyone purchase from them. See pictures.If you see this Seattle Engraving Center please get back to me and make it right.ORDER #1924

I purchased a gun back in August 8 at a gun show, which to my disappointment, five days later, I found out my firearm rights were not restored with my civil right restoration. I did not receive the firearm that I purchased through the gun show. I have called multiple times and have spoken to George and Doug but have never received a phone call back or any updates on my refund money. I have yet to receive any refund on the purchase and I am hoping someone from the company will see this and help me address it.Thank you,Joseph.

Ordered a Colt on 7/9/21, waited 39 days and never got an email or call about my order. On the website, it states, “Shipping after 35 days.”Called on 8/16/21 and the representative said my order still hasn’t arrived to their facility. I was told, someone was going to contact me beginning of next week to update me on the order. Called on 8/24/21, around 3:00pm, to get an update since no one had contacted me. A representative said my order was still in production. Waited 47 days and still had not received my order. Frustrated and upset, I told the representative to just cancel my order.

poor quality , see pics ... customer service is just as bad.... gold looks pitted hazy, amd the slide has scratches on it.. what a disappointment.. if u want a pistol that's nice and good quality , shop elsewhere...
