Super attentive and responsive pharmacists. I have also hardly ever had to wait in line at the pharmacy in this location. Also next door to a great bookstore!

The pharmacy here is a joke now! We've used them for over 20 years. They are sorely understaffed, never answer the phone when you are trying to make sure they received the prescription that your Doctor sent in etc. Hamid & Ken were the best, but only Hamid is left here now. When Hamid isn't there the service drops to less than zero.

I like this location, I can find stuff, yes it’s out of my way, but depends on the time of day I go when I live in Seattle, nice staff , shelves seem stocked

Chain store, they sell junk food so you end up feeling like junk and need to come back for prescription drugs to feel better. Paradox...!?!

Manager (we think) was aggressively rude and clearly racist, threatening to call security on my friends and I for politely dancing between us and being quiet. Also thought we were stealing when they could visibly see us the whole time we were in the store and clearly weren’t. When everyone had a respond to what she way saying to us she targeted the one colored person out of the whole group and was being extremely rude to that one person.

in the four months i've been getting my prescriptions filled here i have had maybe two pleasant interactions with the pharmacists. most of the pharmacy staff is seemingly very bothered that customers are there. when i ask questions about how to get my prescription filled and what prescriptions they have on file for me i get round about, non-specific answers in response. it seems like they're not actually listening to what i'm asking and just responding with a scripted response. i leave feeling frustrated most if not every time i visit this rite aid.

The pharmacy here is incredibly bad. the pharmacists are slow, rude and unhelpful. I picked up an EpiPen for the first time ever and was not advised anything about it! The store itself is fine.

Typically good service at Pharmacy. Not today (09/17/22). They acknowledge that they have had my prescription request since 1pm. It's 2:45 pm. Hubby went to pick up and not ready. Unacceptable. Especially since it's for muscle pain. Hubby told to wait another hour. No explanation for delay. Costco is farther for us, but will go there next time.

I made a first COVID vaccination appointment and was turned away because I do not have a valid to them ID or insurance. Attached is the a screenshot of the bottom of my appointment confirmation email. The pharmacist who denied me the vaccine asked me “If you don’t have your driver’s license how did you drive here?” Not that it is any of her business, but I took the bus. My apt was supposed to be 7/18 at 10:20a, but I was told to leave and did not get a vaccine.

Poor customer service. Staff seems so uptight, is it because they are unhappy or there are theft issues with this place?? Or do customers mistreat them. Whatever it is, not all customers are the same. One of the women staff told my daughter to leave the store even though she was waiting for me OUTSIDE of the store. Just go elsewhere. The one in Ballinger is not any better. Walgreens is way better. Go there instead.
