This team is so nice and helpful! You can tell this is a small local business because the team is kind and invested in their service. I’ve had my e-scooter for over 3 years, and I use to commute several times a week. This team has helped me maintain it for a reasonable price. I recommend going in person and meeting the team.

I scheduled a drop-off for my scooter on August 31. They were booked out a few weeks, so my drop off date was October 12.I was able to drop it off a few days early because I was heading out of town, so I actually dropped it off on October 8.I came in today (Oct 18) to check on the status because I hadn't heard a peep from them, and I was told that they haven't gotten to it because they've been busy. So I'm not sure what my appointment was for exactly, but it wasn't for them to work on it. They're grossly understaffed and overworked and then expect you to just be okay with it. Sorry y'all, I am so sick of taking the bus everywhere because you're the only place in town that works on scooters but haven't adopted to the conditions by hiring more people. Your poor workers, I feel sorry for them because they're set up for failure. Get more employees and/or a bigger space, or another shop. It's really not okay for you to just take our mobility devices and expect us to not need them back. If a car repair facility worked like this they'd be out of business within a month. But I guess our scooters and e-bikes are just toys that you think we don't need after all.Edit: Today is October 26th and I still haven't heard from them.

Gordon was kind, knowledgeable, and a big help. I was unable to get a new controller for my Level from Aventon (back ordered for months!!) and he found one, and let me replace it there. He also had a new display (I had cracked mine when the bike was turned upside down to look at the controller). I left there with a functioning Level. Highly recommend this shop.

I brought my Nami Burn-e 2 MAX in for a front suspension replacement, the work was well done and the price was very fair. I recommend this place for anyone in the Seattle area in need of electric scooter repair.

Never in my 30+ years have I been told that I cannot stop by a bike shop to discuss the service I'd like done. Go online? he says. Not only did the very cold employee act like I was wasting his time by even coming in, but then he said I could schedule six weeks from now.It doesn't take that long to go tubeless and do a brake flush.Back to Bothell Ski and Bike I go. Just wanted to try the new shop but you'll be out of business soon if you cannot make money on service, sell accessories, or upsell me on tires.

If you order a bike, hold your expectations.. I had a great experience in shop with a test ride and decided to order an Aventon bike. I was told it should be ready in 2 weeks tops.We're now going on 4 weeks - the bike has not been delivered yet and "might" be delivered next week. I realize the delay is not the shop's fault, but I would expect a business to communicate delays to the customer and follow through to make things right. I've had to call weekly to get updates and am not sure when or if I will get the bike without continuing to call. I regret not ordering from Aventon's site myself.

I went to this shop to buy a bike for my wife and have my bike fixed. They told me they couldn't give a me a quote on having my bike fixed but would call me in "a day or two" with the quote and have it fixed in "2-3 weeks". After a week of no contact I tried calling but their phone goes to an automated service and if you navigate to a phone call it goes straight to voicemail during business hours.After 16 days and a series of text messages I gave up. They never even looked at my bike. I went and took it back. Maybe they were just very excited about selling my wife a new bike so they told me what I wanted to hear about my bike. I lost two weeks of prime riding time for nothing. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to Bothell Ski and Bike

They were very helpful in building my bike, and when I bought a pannier bag from them that didn't fit my bike, they allowed me to swap it for one that fit at no charge. Wonderful people, cannot recommend enough.
