The drive through is the absolute slowest. I don't know what the manager does here,but when cars are stacked 10 deep, they do not come to the window to help!! After complaining to the manager about our repeated delays at this branch they took another 15 minutes to get us our money.

Very disappointed. I waited over 30 minutes to speak to a banker. One of them was on the phone the entire time, from what I could hear he wasn't even discussing bank related stuff, and the other was with a client for the entire half hour. They seriously need more personal because this is a highly populated area.

Go visit Miss Tatiana Turner! She is ALWAYS the most helpful, kindest and personable person I've worked with. I've been in for lost cards, opening new accounts and investment questions plus other miscellaneous questions and every single time I have had no question un-answered or problems un-solved.

After losing my debit card I had to rush to the nearest Wells Fargo to make sure my card could no longer be used. I came into this branch around 11:45am and was told I'd have to wait until 12:30 for somebody to help me which with a 3 year old definitely would have been a long wait but I had no other option. So we sat down and not even 2 minutes later Ashlee was able to help me out. She was able to close my card, order me a new one and for the time being gave me a temporary card so I could continue on with my errands and not miss a beat when it comes to adulting. Ashlee not only made sure I was taken care of when it came to my card but she also took the time to walk me through how to set up my own online log in so I didn't have to use my husbands info when logging in online. Although this was not a planned trip, the wait time was not bad and customer service was excellent. This will be my preferred branch for all future visits.

Exceptional service! Miguel is an absolute rock star. Walked in early Monday morning as directed after potentially having my identity and accounts compromised. He went above and beyond in my eyes as it took almost a full business day to get everything resolved. In a situation where I was upset, stressed out and frustrated, he did his best to keep me calm and reassured me that everything would get done as needed. Throughout the process he remained patient, informative and kept me up to date with everything that was going on as much of it was "behind the scenes". As promised, he was able to get everything fixed and I can't thank him enough. I know who I'll be seeing next to handle any of my future banking needs.

Absolutely terrible service. I shouldn't have to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to get some Minimal information. You have 3 tellers and one person working the desks. You need to get more tellers and and notice you have a line out the damn door. Also don't talk to every single person like they are your best friend.

ATM Availability is Wretched When it comes to withdrawing MY money from an ATM at a bank branch, this Wells Fargo office is the worst EVER of ANY bank's branch I've ever used over the past decades. This branch has only one drive-up ATM. If the machine is out of order or, during the winter, when the sun can be at such a low angle that the screen image can't be seen, then the customer must, assuming the office is open, go inside and stand in line for a teller or go to another branch miles away. There is no other walk-up ATM either outside or inside the premises. I was told by a bank employee that ATM availability here was determined by a customer survey. Since there are so many new residents coming into the community - the number of new homes being built is staggering - perhaps it's time for another survey. Besides, approval by public consensus is no assurance against stupidity. In this case, perhaps only the manager of this branch can lobby the WF hierarchy for a cure to this particular stupid.

Walked in at 1:20 today. The girls are sitting around talking. I asked to get a debit card replacement and was told only one banker was there and has an appt at 1:30. The teller asked her and she said no. She continued talking and basically ducked so she wouldn't have to service me before. I let the teller know I was not happy. It does not take more than a few minutes.

Everyone is very friendly and quick which is nice. Good jobs folks! The only thing I'd say was sort of a negative is they get super busy and have like 2 tellers but I totally get that they can't forsee people coming in and can't really plan ahead.

Don't make an appt and count on it being on time. Also I am forty something and a very young lady call me honey. Was not impressed with her professionalism.
