The pharmacist here don’t care about anyone but themselves and shows. I feel as if they prioritize certain customers. Every time my dentist sends me medicine here I have to wait hours!! Today I had surgery @ 11AM and my prescription was sent before I left the office. Here it is 2:47PM and i’m still waiting outside in severe pain!

Joyce a.k.a the manager here is so rude she talks aggressive to the customers . My daughter and niece had an encounter with her in the store with the way she spoke to them . I called the store to verify the info they gave me and she was rude over the phone and she picked up the phone so annoyed. Needless to say we won’t be going back. The one on Lacey boulevard has better customer service. This lady is terrible at the Martin way location. Good luck if you go there.

I used to ALWAYS go to walgreens, used to.i knew all of the people working there because I a.ways had an issue with my otc benefits and it became a running joke and I looked forward to the interaction because they stayed on top of what was new and what notes well asbeing covered on the otc. Well the last time I was there a very crabby rude old lady told me to leave her store and when I looked at her and asked why,she said because I saw you put merchandise in your purse and I had must put my phone and it's portable artery in my purse because I was on hold with my otc benefits to find out the balance and I even opened up my purse and showed her that I didn't have any of their merchandise in it and she even more so rudely told me to check out. I looked at her anc said check this out and flipped her the bird. I have never been treated like and I wo the again..walgreens sucks

Take a wild guess as to why one star is given. They are never able to provide decent service.

I called right away in the morning to fill a prescription - the lady was super nice and said it would be ready in 2 hours. Once I got to the drive thru (12:30ish) I waited 23 minutes for the pharmacy to help 2 customers before me. As soon as I got to the window they said my prescription wasn't ready and I would need to drive around the building to get back in line. There were 6 people behind me - I also know they close down for lunch from 1:30-2. I said no, I wasn't going to (the rx literally is a pack of birth control pills that would take a max of 3 minutes to fill). I said I would wait. Then an old short, heavy set redhead came to the window and threatened me they would call the cops (LOL). I ended up leaving because the staff was unreasonable and incredibly rude. I could see getting back in line if they were trying to work through customers quick but I was not getting back in line when it took 23 minutes to help 2 people ahead of me and they were shutting down for lunch. I will never spend another dime at Walgreens and I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

Called the pharmacy and waited 40 minutes on hold then the hold ended the phone rang and it just disconnected. Called again and I was put in a queue again. Not wanting to hold for another 40 minutes I called the store hoping they could put me through to the pharmacy since I had already waited 40 minutes. The manager said they can't do that and that I just have to call again. It is likely that I will wait another 40 minutes and be hung up on again. Horrible customer service.

A guy named Liam at check-out had a snarky attitude. My little kids even said he was rude. He was playing on his phone when we walked up, so we must have interrupted him.

Hard to get good help these days. Incompetent pharmacists are too common these days.... but this one really takes the cake.

I was told I “NEED to take my hood down because I look like I’m about to rob the store” today in Walgreens by a woman named Denise. I am a Mexican teenager and am very offended by that racist comment. I asked the kind cashier what her name was and she said her name was Denise and was told she was the manager. As a manager for Walgreens she should be respectful but she was racist and rude.

Poor customer service at this branch. I went to pick up a new prescription. The pharmacist read the instructions to me. It was hard to hear clearly because of the window barrier between us. I walked away and pulled out the printed label and noticed it was missing a key piece of information: how many times a day to take the medicine. It just said every day. I went back to the pharmacist and pointed it out. Instead of an apology for the error they had made on the printed label, she got defensive and said she had told me. I said but the label is not accurate. Customers usually go by the instructions on the printed label. They don't always remember verbal information once they get home. I'd not recommend this branch and am considering switching my pharmacy too."

I was going in to ask a very simple question on when my photos would be ready since they didn’t give me a date and it’s been over a week. The lady at the counter said “when we call you” in a very rude tone making it seem like I was stupid. She did not have to be so rude about it.

Why do the horrible reviews date back over three years, and STILL nothing has changed about this pharmacy? The way the pharmacy staff treats customers is awful, and quite frankly: embarrassing. No one wants to be waiting in line for medication any more than you want to be doing your job. I highly recommend the staff find another career path if they're so miserable here.

I normally don’t write reviews but I’m going to in hopes that there will be some training or conversation about problem solving in the pharmacy. I went to get two prescriptions Wednesday night after a doctors appt at 10:30 AM that day. My doctor sent the scripts electronically. That should’ve been plenty of time for Walgreens to receive it. Almost 12 hours. I get there with my child who’s less than a year old and the pharmacy tells me they don’t have it. It’s not there. I call the 24 hour line at my doctors and they ensure they sent it but they’ll resend. I checked with the pharmacy again maybe 40 minutes later. Nothing. So I cut my losses and decide I’ll wait until the morning to give it more time. The next morning I called the automated line that clearly states the Martin and Marvin Walgreens. The automated line tells me I have two prescriptions and they are ready for pickup. Cool, I’ll go through the drive up with my baby so I don’t have to drag her out of the car. Drive up states they don’t have it. I told them the automated system clearly stated it was there and ready. They just shrugged and said well there’s nothing in the system for you.I park, unload my baby and come inside and have them look again. Nothing. Finally, they ask if there’s another name it could be under. To which I said “maybe my maiden but my doctor doesn’t even have that name so it shouldn’t be under that”. I asked to have them search by my phone number. My maiden name has two prescriptions under it… I asked if the doctor sent it under that name and they said no. It was sent under the correct name.Clearly there needs to be more attention paid to the name on prescriptions or at least have the problem solving to check by phone number when a name isn’t pulling it up and the customer swears that it’s there after the system stated so. It took 3 pharmacists telling me they didn’t have my prescriptions before this. The solution as simple as checking by phone number or asking for a maiden name to find THEIR original error. The only reason this is two stars instead of one is because the pharmacist did apologize profusely and say they’d merge my profiles so it wouldn’t ever happen again and I do appreciate the humility to apologize after locating their errors.
