Bethany is EXTREMELY helpful!! Never once has she been rude! Consistently goes out of her way to make sure I find what I need. I will continue to go to this Walgreens because of her!

Even though my prescription was not ready when they said it would be, they took care of me in a short period of time. Way to go 👍🏼

Denise was great with customer service. I messed up an order and called to cancel, she resolved right away. I put in another rush order and she worked on it immediately while she was busy with some other orders. What a great person!!!

Their shelves do not seem to be regularly stocked for beauty and health products so it is either a hit or miss with this Walgreens store

Jennifer in the pharmacy was beyond helpful when I thought I left my wallet, she actually checked the camera and I just thought that was so nice of her to take the time out and do that for me

This store deserves NEGATIVE ZERO STARS for their customer service. On Tuesday June 4th I visited this store around 6pm with my certified ADA service animal to purchase neeeded supplies post surgery. My service animal had his service vest clearly displayed as well as his ID tags, he was leashed and in no manner during my time shopping was he disruptive or posing any threat to anyone in the store.
At the time of checkout, the associate Denise, whom later identified herself as the store manager told me "Just so you know, your animal cannot come in here" this was in direct in reference to my service animal. I then asked her for clarification as I stated "He's a service animal, what do you mean?" The associate Denise then proceeded to argue with me which escalated the situation. Denise then stated to me that she would not provide any service to me as she knew the Washington State Laws and it was within her right to tell me that my service animal cannot be in the store or provide services. However, at no point did Denise ask me the ADA guideline questions such as if my animal was an ADA certified service animal or what task he is trained for. Instead, she had asked me to leave after I specifically requested to speak to a store manager. At that point, Denise stated "I am the Store Manager and you need to leave". After this, I told her I was going to file a corporate complaint as she clearly violated the Disability Act (ADA) laws, with no grounds. Denise then left to print out the ADA guidelines. She then handed it to my sister and told her "she (in reference to me) needs to read the ADA guidelines and learn what the law says before she decides to file a complaint to corporate".
As a United States disabled Veteran with a disability and requiring a service animal, I'm appalled at the thought that this associate/ manager is treating anyone who may have a disability requiring a certified ADA service animal in this same manner.
DO BETTER WALGREENS!!!

This store is terrible and deserves a negative review. Went in to get refills today and without telling me, they are partial refills when I got home. Call to complain and get a lot of lip from them how its my fault they did a partial refill and never let me know. Love their audacity to complain for you to come pick up your refills when they aren't even done correctly. They had a week to get it fixed too and don't bother to, yet they have the time, and nerve, to call me daily saying come pick it up. The store is fairly trashed most days too and the staff is far from professional. Nothing like the smell of homeless when you go to get meds.

It's 9:30 pm on Wednesday March 27th 2024. I walk into Walgreen over here on Marvin in Lacey I'm relaxed and start shopping. I throw my My purse in the little basket I get a 2 dollar razor for my eyebrows and throw it in my basket . Lands on my purse . Im not paying attention till this lady with a man's voice walks up to me and says that's too close to your purse ok so I move it then she belches out loudly in her manly voice I KNOW WHATS GOING ON HERE !!! Referring to me .. Embarrassed but I remain shopping cause I have to get a couple things . She hovers over me letting me know she is watching me shop. I mean I wanted to get away from the freak. I put two things back on the shelf because now I'm angry and not gonna give this place my business now !!! She belches outWHY ARE YOU PUTTING THAT STUFF BACK??!! . I asked her why are you hovered over me and making me feel very uncomfortable and embarrass me ?? . She tells me to leave the store .That was the weirdest and most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me .. !!! Her name was BARB I THINK !! ! Some people are seriously neglecting their psychiatric needs. So sad . I won't go in there again !! They need to watch their employees better and find out how they are treating the customers . Maybe do a little background check and get some legitimate references ..

I use a OTC card. And they have so many problems with it. Every time it's something different. And it's not just me. I've been in line and have witnessed the same troubles with other people's card. And Walgreens blames the cards, and United healthcare and whoever else the cards are drawn on. Flex card, ect. I call UnitedHealth care and they say it's Walgreens fault, not using it properly.

The pharmacist here don’t care about anyone but themselves and shows. I feel as if they prioritize certain customers. Every time my dentist sends me medicine here I have to wait hours!! Today I had surgery @ 11AM and my prescription was sent before I left the office. Here it is 2:47PM and i’m still waiting outside in severe pain!

Joyce a.k.a the manager here is so rude she talks aggressive to the customers . My daughter and niece had an encounter with her in the store with the way she spoke to them . I called the store to verify the info they gave me and she was rude over the phone and she picked up the phone so annoyed. Needless to say we won’t be going back. The one on Lacey boulevard has better customer service. This lady is terrible at the Martin way location. Good luck if you go there.

I used to ALWAYS go to walgreens, used to.i knew all of the people working there because I a.ways had an issue with my otc benefits and it became a running joke and I looked forward to the interaction because they stayed on top of what was new and what notes well asbeing covered on the otc. Well the last time I was there a very crabby rude old lady told me to leave her store and when I looked at her and asked why,she said because I saw you put merchandise in your purse and I had must put my phone and it's portable artery in my purse because I was on hold with my otc benefits to find out the balance and I even opened up my purse and showed her that I didn't have any of their merchandise in it and she even more so rudely told me to check out. I looked at her anc said check this out and flipped her the bird. I have never been treated like and I wo the again..walgreens sucks
