Great customer service. Mike Kalish helped me out with a new phone and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He even stayed past his shift to finish things up. Overall great experience all of the staff there was very knowledgeable and kind and didn't feel like I was an inconvenience to anyone (as this sometimes seems to be a common thing in customer service these days)

I needed a new phone and as luck would have it, this gentleman , Jack greeted us in the most respectful manner. What a knowledgeable individual he is. I love my new phone. For all my phone needs and wants I will certainly go back to this store!!

I came into this store on nov 12-3023 to trade in 2 perfect iPhone 12’s for the iPhone 15, there were a few problems I had : 1 gage our salesman told me my trade could be straight across for the new phones , come to find out that was a complete and utter lie . 2 Gage also was telling me I needed to chargers , screen protectors etc , adding stuff to the desk not telling me the cost of any of it ! Before I knew it he had the screen protectors on both phones before I even knew it , finally at check out I ask how much were these ( mind you after I was charged ) they were 65$ a piece but told me “ their life proof you can come In at any time and we will exchange them out for you if anything happens to it ! I wasn’t happy but thought okay well that makes it somewhat better . So 2 days after I bought the phone and screen protector it started to crack , I went into the Verizon store today to get it replaced the man working told me I could NOT do that there that I would have to file a claim and pay for shipping , I explained to him what gage told me and my daughter and in a rude condescending tone he says “ I’ll talk to him about that but I can’t help you “! I said okay then I would like a refund on these screen protectors and he also refused ! I can’t belive what this store has done , the lies they told me after I had spent hundreds of dollars there . I will be taking this to a corporate level!!! This isn’t okay to lie to hard working people who work hard for their money , just to be taken advantage of in this way !! BEWARE !

Michael K assisted my 74 year old not tech saavy brother by selling him a $1,500 (paid cash) phone, tablet, watch package and cellular service sufficient for gaming. The package included upselling him with a $30 case, $65 glass protection, each for all 3 items- $195, 3 USB cables for $140, etc. Once my brother got home, he realized he was not capable of operating any of the equipment, returned it to the store 4 days later and should have been refunded cash or a credit to his debit card. It's been a week, store manager won't talk to me unless he sees me in person, didn't even apologize. This is elder financial exploitation at it's worst. They should be ashamed of themselves. Don't let your elder relatives or friends shop in this store.
