I mainly go here to drop off Amazon returns and the staff are always cheery and friendly and they usually have enough staff that I rarely have to wait for service. I did the shred by the pound once, that was a bit spendy, though.

Skip the overpriced shipping costs and horrible customer service at this store. You are better off driving any Amazon returns directly to the Amazon warehouse yourself rather than getting scammed to buy more un needed services from this store. They refused to take my package and said they would throw it away unless I paid them more money.
