Was here today and overall the store itself isn’t too bad.. but the employees could be better. First thing I noticed was that NO POC were greeted at the door.. none. It was hard to ignore. Also, I understand the demographic of this area is mainly white, but people of darker skin tones also like makeup… it might be a good idea to hire some since the current employees also do a terrible job shade matching.. anyways that’s my little rant.

The staff was very nice. The stock was well filled and clean. I only have one complaint. I worked as a beauty consultant for twenty years. And i know that many companies give stores GWP, s when a customer spends over $50.00 ,s. I asked the young lady if their was any samples . She said all she had was a (hat). Nothing to do with Products for me to try. Which would let me try. So that I would want to come back a buy.. Thank you for listening to my suggestions.

This was an awful first time and last time experience at this pricey salon. After being kept waiting an hour past my scheduled appointment time I didn't receive the style I requested, there was no shampoo, and I was hurried out the 'door' because the next appointment was waiting. Would recommend staying way!!!

So rude unless you dress up and look the part. If I go into this store dressed for something actually important the staff here are actually willing to help me. If I come dressed casually because I’m just shopping I won’t get so much as a welcome in. I just went into this store and was completely ignored meanwhile the teens behind me got a “oh hi welcome make sure you look at our even going on”. I asked a woman if they had a shampoo I needed because I like a specific brand and she just went, if it’s not on the shelf it’s not in and walked off. Okay that’s fine, it’s not like I am a platinum member and am buying $400 worth of stuff today and I drove across town because this is the only store that has the $70 shampoo I need for my hair but go ahead and ignore me so you can attend to the 16 year old that left only buying a $10 chapstick because they “look” like they have money.

I originally scheduled a make up and hair appointment for a formal event but I arrived late. I don't normally wear a lot of make up so I preferred to prioritize make up over hair with limited time. I didn't have much of a plan other than complimenting my peacock accented gown. My MUA Aly didn't disappoint. Her patience, creativity, and expertise made my evening one to remember. I received so many compliments and I felt fabulous.

I was visiting Lacey from CA and needed my brows done badly! I booked with Breanna J. At the Benefit Counter. She was absolutely skilled, professional and did a great job on my wax and tint. I never let anyone touch my brows, other than my brown artist, but was so happy that I let her! The management team there was also amazing! I also had realized that I left my foundation at home, so they also were able to give me a sample of foundation! Great staff and team!

It took 10-15 minutes before a worker made eye contact and offered help.Thank you to the young lady with glasses. I didn’t get the products I was looking for but I appreciate her help.

I booked an appointment with Kendra for 2:15pm, then it got rescheduled randomly with another stylist for 3:00pm … alright sure. Then I walk to the Ulta bc I don’t have a car at the time. I walk in 15 min early, checked in, sat down for 10 minutes only for the stylist to come out and begin telling meI might not need a keratin treatment bc my hair looks fine, and like it’s just growing out… Kendra was the one who recommended it so I wasn’t sure why another stylist (who wasn’t my usual stylist) would tell me anything different. When I told her I wanted a sleeker hair look she responded with “well we are all out of keratin treatments, I didn’t have time to check” oh so you lied to me about my hair not needing it … Why tell me I didn’t need something my original stylist recommended only to cover for you being out of stock of the product I was booked for ? I would have understood if you just told me you made a mistake. On top of that they didn’t even try to remedy the situation, she said she could book me an appointment at Olympia, but I could do that myself. Just frustrating. I then walked all the way home.. come on …
