I've always been pretty happy with TSCU, but lately they seem to have fallen victim to what large corporations think is customer service.Seven people standing in line, two tellers. The first is discussing tattoos with the customer, and the second seems to be discussing plans for the weekend but I can't tell for sure.I'm thrilled you all have this time to visit, but some of us in line have things to do. I don't need you to be my best friend. I need you to get me in and out quickly and efficiently so I can get on with my day.I now dread any time I have to actually go in for something.And to make matters worse, I was unable to accomplish what I came in for. Wasted my time for nothing

Bonnie from the phone customer service was so beyond nice and helpful! She reverse fees that from me not having funds for a couple of months while not working. I am so incredibly grateful and happy to be a member here. Thank you so much <3

The staff at this location has always been so wonderful and helpful towards me. Chana in the leasing department especially has been an angel since this pandemic hit and it effected me in a massive way. I have come in emotional and they always take care of me and make me feel heard and respected. Love TwinStar!

The worst took a payment from me and then asked me to send documents and hours later my car was took and no one communicated who was repoing my car, the"lead" I found out isn't really a lead shes training to be a lead so she lied told me the sooner I get the documents to he the sooner I can stop repo. Whole time I sent documents in less than 30min and she knew she was clocking out when she sent me documents. So, they too my money I dont know where the care is and they're closed. SMH I HATE TWINSTAR I was only 40 days passed dues and made a payements in September and the know i'm not working i just got unemployment. So, I definitly communicated.

We have always had great service with TwinStar. We have had car loans, signature loans, etc. Which has always been hassle free experiences. We have been with TwinStar for over 25 years. That is how well they have taken care of us. Hope for many more years with TwinStar.

This bank is awesome, my bank for almost 3 years and I never encounter a problem... tellers are so nice and friendly with a great customer services. The bank approved my personal loan in just few days although I don't have that big amount of money deposited in this bank.
