“I have taken two vehicles in for service and the staff have been excellent and the we able to get the vehicles in to get the service work done on one the next day and the other in 48 hours. They send text reminders and the invoice electronically which I appreciate, not every local auto business does this. They were professional and friendly and I will be back.”
“What an awesome shop. My transmission went out and by chance they were the nearest shop to where I was stranded. When the diagnostic came back as needing a new transmission; they helped me through the process of deciding whether to sell or keep the van. They helped me out immensely and I am very thankful for their advice. In the end I decided to sell the van, and they helped me with that process as well. I am very grateful for their assistance and advice.”
“Had them do some work on my classic mini VTEC project car. Great communication and very happy with their work. Will call them again when I need or want something else done.”

Ted has always treated me with respect and offers thorough explanations to anything I might not understand; No stereo-typing because I’m a woman. I am happy to be a customer and even happier that his pricing is fair.”

I had my in Yukon for wiring problems, don’t let your neighbor try to Jimmy rig your A/C, Jason was super helpful and made me feel confident leaving my truck with them. 10/10 highly recommend and they will now be my local mechanic shop. Thank you again Jason! The AC is now working properly and not draining my battery after an hour ?”

“Small buisness, owner operator here. With a very full and booked schedule I broke down on the side of I-5. Naturally started freaking out and calling my clients. Reached out to sound truck and auto. I was towed and repaired within 24 hours, will be returning to work tomorrow.
That said, upon picking up my vehicle, I was privileged to meet the owner and some of their crew. As a fellow tradesman I can tell you, these guys are the old school type. Willing to get dirty, take pride in their work, go the extra mile, do what it takes to get the job done, reasonable pricing, customer service and customer relations. Traits in a shop you almost never see these days anymore. My opinion, ditch the corporate shops when and where you can, when you can find a small gem like this in 2024, you stick with them. 5 star, highly recommend.
You won't be disappointed.”
“Been taking my 03’ Porsche Boxter to Lopi for the last 2 years, and he has never failed get my car back on the road in realistic time. He has good communication when it comes to time frames of repairs, and is honest with his work and his prices. Look no further if you need a reliable, honest mechanic!”

1001 Cooper Point Rd SW #200, Olympia“This is a much over due to update my original review. Mike's plum street automotive got 5 stars from me nearly a decade ago. GIving them 5 stars now, just feels inadequate. They are professional and proficient yet somehow always make me feel like family. I trust them to take care of my car because they are on a first name basis with my most precious cargo.”
“This is the best Rv, truck, auto repair shop in Olympia and very possibly Washington state. They do the best work and are very reliable. Prices are fair and this is a shop you can trust. They won't rip you off and they care for their customers and their vehical issues.”

6940 Martin Way E, Olympia“I went to Bryan's with a squeaky Subaru. They diagnosed some worn rear control arms and bushings. They also noticed some early signs of strut wear. I asked them to just lube the bushings and I would see how the rest went. They did not argue or fuss with me and did exactly what I asked. I consider that extremely high praise! They have earned a customer for life.”
“Veteran owned. Trustworthy having been in business for 38YRS. Honest with reliable staff, most have been around for over 20yrs. Everyone knows Gary's for fair prices and great work. I have never been disappointed going here.”
“They got to my truck right away and fixed the problem, and inspected it for any other potential issues. Considering the type of repair done it cost less than expected. The employees are kind and eager to help. I highly recommend this shop.”
“After, going to Rainier Dodge to fix our air conditioner in our 2016 Chrysler Town and Country and hundreds of dollars without it being fixed. We were referred to John. Oh one more thing, we were quoted $4k to replace parts and fix it. I took it to John and he not only found what truly was wrong but also did a tune up for just over $700. Uh, $700 or $4,000. No brainer!”
9AM - 5PM
505 Lilly Rd SE, Olympia“This place is a hidden gem. They get in great products/furniture and offer really good deals (not outrageous mark ups, just because they "can"). We got a beautiful, new couch and electric stand up work desk for a fraction of what they would have been at one of the big box stores. On top of that, the owner is incredibly personable and clearly cares about running an honest business. They are a smaller business for now, but if they don't have the product you want in stock at the time, keep checking back in because it's worth the wait. 5 stars for sure.”
“They always take care of us and I never feel priced gouged. Amazing service and staff 100% would recommend this place. Chris is a great service writer and wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.”
