I did two deliveries so far at this place and it was a great experience for me ; security guy was normal and nice and the receiving got me in 5 hours earlier then my original appointment. The unloading process took 20 min and paperwork 10 min after . I did read the other reviews but my experience was great

Delivered to this place a few weeks ago. Won't go back. Guard shack was rude. Guy in the recieving was a complete jerk. I run a trucking company and that little dweeb talked o me like I was the scum of the earth. Who do these people think they are. I will never send Any of my trucks there to receive that kind of treatment. Every shipper and receiver has different rules. These guys expect you to take a class on their rules before you get there. Stay away.

I actually worked at the Lacey WA location. Anyone looking for a job I highly recommend giving them an application filled out. I absolutely loved working there through Full Steam Staffing. Great agency. They have changed the name of the agency. Anyway it's been a few years since I actually walked through the door and clocked in. A few months ago something I was applying for had to call and check on my employment status there because in the system it shows I'm still employed. And I am on temporary standby. I've recently moved out of Washington state to get my life in order and will stay on temporary standby with them. Because if I find myself in the area without a job. Going straight to them because they know how to treat employees. Sorry such a long with you but that's honestly in the heart how I feel about thank you if you read this.

I delivered first time frozen load here.They require safety west like most other places. I have safety t-shirts with no reflectors, but Bright yellow & I have been wearing them for past 7 years & they are good everywhere but here. Only blind Men wouldn't be able to see me in these t-shirt. It's not my favorite color to wear them daily. This t-shirts are good for day and night time by OSHA safety regulation.I hate do I argue with people, especially when they don't use their brain like common sense and so on.,& Follow their own rules.I have West in another truck which doesn't have any reflectors & then what ??? No service.?????????Also there is no parking lot for those who come earlier appointment time.When you check in you follow instructions by text messages. ?

In my 5 years of driving I have never once felt nor been treated so disrespectfully by any warehouse staff..the receiving clerk.John K...tall scrawny guy..obviously had a little man syndrome that he needed to insult another human being to make him feel better..I honestly don't know if management have any idea that those they put in front of customers or drivers represent their company in some way.This staff obviously did not like working there because he didn't care at all how ugly he represented this company. HR and management should train their staff on how to professionally interact with the people they have to deal with on a day to day basis..this staff's behavior was totally uncalled for and unacceptable. I did not show any disrespectful behavior whatsoever for him to talk me the way he did.Drivers HELP your company..we are not a burden that deserves such disrespect from your staff.I gave 1 star because how staff and company treat us drivers often is basis on how we see those companies. WE are human beings also that deserve some amount of respect..especially when there are some of us that actually know how to be professional and respectful to others

Drivers are split about how early you can arrive, so I aimed for 1 hour and was given a dock basically immediately. Most of their communication is done via text, with what dock, dock procedures, and paperwork ready. My appt was 1400, arrived 1300 and docked. It's just now 1400 and my trailer is empty I'm just waiting on paperwork.No overnight parking and the city made sure the access roads are tight and narrow so no parking there either. Most direct route in on Marvin road will take you through 3 small round a bouts.

checked in at 8am for a 11am appointment.got a door at 10am and they started unloading.at 10 45 they call me and tell me that a pallet is fallen over and that i should pull away 4ft from the door and restack the fallen pallet and dock again after. first time i see that request in 9 years of continental US trucking.i did that without complaining.11 45 they tell me the paperwork is ready but that there is a shortage and that i have to leave the dock I'm in because they need it.i send pictures of the bol to my dispatch and costumer tells us to stay in the door until the issue is resolved. at 1pm they give the door to another truck. trucker starts yelling at me that i have to leave the dock. i explain to him the whole situation. i call my dispach, they say to stay in the door until the issue is resolved.we got to receiving office, stuff is threatening me that if i don't leave the door i will be banned from the facility. i explain to them that my boss said to stay in the door until i get the corrected paperwork back. they end up giving the other truck driver another door which they could have done from the beginning instead of using him as another means to pressure me to leave the door. they finally find the missing 56 cases shortage in the warehouse which i could have ended up being on the hook for , cause, u know, i can afford it better then TJ corp. my wife and i love trader joes and their store employees are very very courteous and professional. it seems that their warehouse is the opposite.

Appt time was for 0900, and I arrived at 0700 was told to wait by the fence 15 min. Later, after checking in, I got door unloading, and the paperwork was done in less than an hour.

Very fast unloading!!!Don’t come here before your appointment because you’re going to turn around and there’s not much parking where you can wait.I specifically asked them about appointments and they won’t allow any drivers on the property with more than 1 hour before the appointment time!!!Be safe everyone!!!

Check in n got door right awayNo parking on site or streetsUnloading was quick once green light park along fence n go inside to get ur bills
