“Great people and service for me going on 5 years now.
Had to do an update. With the exceptional work, intrractions and professionalism I again experienced today 7-5-24. I need to mention Jeremy who through all the set backs and failed expected timelines, still came through in a pinch and helped me. Dustin and Nate who did the work and who put up with my initial reaction on the setbacks that occurred. They stayed professional and calm during the phone calls. ( Sorry I was such a pain) You guys are great. THANK YOU ALL lacey discount tires!!”
“I just had a safety check done on my little Ford ranger before a road trip across the country. They let me know that my brakes were needing to be replaced on the front of the truck and check the alignment and did all of the safety checks as advertised.
When I left the parking lot I lost one of the wheel covers from my classic antique three-spoke wheels.
I brought the wheel cover back after retrieving it from the middle of the street and presented it to Derek the manager.
Derek immediately got on to eBay and found a replacement and ordered it for me.
I was pleasantly surprised and that was totally unexpected. Five stars Derek.

“First time I came here it was a quick fix and they wouldn't charge.
Second time I went there was for a LOFR and it was done much faster and about $30 less than the firestone close to my home.
Third time I went there was for an AC repair. I was half expecting to leave my car there overnight but it was done within two hours of drop-off time. Price was quite affordable and less than expected. They'll even give you a ride home and pick you up when the work's done.
Excellent service. Excellent crew. Employees seem happy.”
“Nate saved the day.... on a Sunday.... AT CLOSING! Southbound I-5 on my way home I got a large screw in my tire, stuck in traffic I would not have made it 7 miles to get home. I pulled into the tire center at 5:55, they closed at 6:00 (I'm not normally that person), Nate looked at my tire and they were closing so he wouldnt be able to fix it tonight but offered to put my spare on. He was so kind and his willingness to help was so appreciated!!! I'll definitely be back. Thank you Nate!!!”
“These guys are great! I came in Saturday with an emergency repair and they took me in right away. Dan listened to my concerns and said they'd get me all taken care of.
