My husband and I visited this car wash with our 2018 Nissan versa. During the wash, the machinery somehow caught on our bumper and yanked it out of place. The employees quickly put it back on, but as soon as we drove onto the highway, the bumper completely detached from the car and flew off.
The staff at the car wash were friendly and provided us with a form to request compensation, but management decided, just from photos, that the incident was our fault. They claimed the bumper was only secured by three screws and that’s why it broke off. We strongly disagree with this assessment. Even if the bumper was slightly loose before the wash, it was still intact and didn’t fly off until after using this car wash.
We are extremely dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled and the lack of responsibility taken by management. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone who values their vehicle’s safety.

Friendly staff who go the extra mile to get your car clean. Even on days when the line is a mile long, staff are friendly and take that extra time. Our vehicle comes out clean and shiny every time and it smells clean too. We'll drive out of our way to go to this one. The great staff makes the difference for us.

Tip the workers and let the car wash do its thing. Good price for the ceramic coating. Get in line and drive a clean vehicle!
