This vape shop is a bit expensive but, the selection is huge customer service is really good and they also have a point system which is pretty good cuz you do spend some money there and they do have a decent selection of vape so why don't you come down and try it out just take a look

I don’t know what the name of the tall woman is at the shop, but her rudeness and treating me like an idiot for asking questions lead me to believing her when she said I couldn’t use lower nic mg in my mod cuz I should only use nic salts. I have now verified at other shops that this isn’t true. Because of this, I have been taking in SO much more nicotine than I realized to the point that I had to take myself to the hospital because I was concerned that I was potentially having a heart attack. This kind of service (or lack of) and advice is harmful!! I would NEVER had used 35 and the 25 mg salts if I knew how insanely strong they are. But I trusted this woman knew what she was talking about. I had hoped to find someone at a shop that was gunna help me learn how to use a vape so I could start the process of quitting nicotine all together. Now I’m gunna have to have a crazy detox from this woman’s horrible pressured advice. I finally found another shop that was honest with me about strengths and moreover helped me understand that I could use regular juice in the mod I have. Shame on you for being so caustic and rude that people feel shut down and aggressively shamed into buying what she says is best despite misgivings. There’s so much more I could say about how bad my interactions with her have been but I’ll leave it at this. You can’t lie and mislead people about strengths of nic!! It’s seriously dangerous!!! Educate yourself before you give advice. She just seems hell bent on making a sale and getting you the hell out of the store.To the store— I know you’ll try to come back at me about this review and tell me it was all my fault. Just look at any other one star review on here and see how they shame the reviewer so they never look like they made a mistake…don’t trust businesses that shame customers. It’s a MAJOR RED FLAG.

Went in for a new tank as I got an "atomizer short," and I already tried to troubleshoot with no result. I explained what happened to the worker, and she was able to fix it in a matter of seconds while showing me how to do it for myself in the future. Plenty of other stores would have just sold me the new tank. Great store, wide range of stock as well.

My only go-to shop for all things vape. The staff is perfect - knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me some good advice on choosing the right flavors, going out of their way to take the time to fix my vape issue and offering advice to avoid further problems.

Help from Salesforce was a bit iffy at first. The staff member that waited on me thought I was a seasoned vaper so didn't elicit much advice. When I mentioned I was a novice and wasn't clear on my options, he became very helpful, and even changed my coil in my mod, and filled it for me, all the whole walking me through how to prime the coil, and some tips to keep the coil working at its best.
