This store is great, owner was super helpful and knowledgeable. Worked multiple deals with people while I was there. I didn’t even have to ask gave me a great deal I couldn’t refuse. All he asked was to not pull anything down cause things are pretty tight which was super reasonable. From vintage to new he truly has it all. I’ll be back so much to look at and through 10/10.

Terrible experience. Immediately told not to touch a toy when I picked one up to look at. No customer service or pleasant attitude from the guy that works there at all. I walked in and out in less than 3 minutes. My friends walked out within 5 mins. Read other online reviews. Most say the same. Less than 1 star if possible. Save yourself the degradment and visit Olympic Card and Games down the street. An excellent store with fantastic people.

Extremely poor customer service. Owner made it clear he had no desire to make a sale and treated us rudely. My son asked to see something and he flat out told him no, not to touch anything and went back to playing with his legos. I put my kids in the car and went back to discuss it with him and he wouldn't even look me in the eye. Gruff and rude and I will never spend my money there.Edit: Nope, didn't scream at all. Did yell as I was leaving though cuz my God you are dense. At any moment you could have offered to show us the product or mention online availability. My son didn't attempt to touch anything. Found it, was interested, had me come look to see if he could look further into it. He asked you politely and you bit his head off. If you want respect, earn it. You can get on here and defend yourself all you want but the bottom line is your store is customer free for a reason. You have great product, id suggest a next great step would be selling some of it. Good luck in the future!

Today my children and I took a walk because the weather was nice and noticed the toy box. We love collectibles and vintage games so decided we would check it out. When we went to walk in we were told no food or drinks and decided we would just set them outside then the employee proceeds to say if you do the birds will knock them over. We felt extremely un-welcomed here. Probably because I was with kids (10&12). Do not recommend this place for kids! Try to learn some customer service skills!

This store is , well awesome, even for a huge collector like myself it always has something or quite a few things I can pick up. I appreciate the fact they call me whenever some new star wars items come in. I also think it's great that the prices are more than fair and still he cuts deals for me which always helps out. Thanks for the great store and even better service. All around always a good experience

This guy has a bad attitude and comes off hostile. Told me to get out of his store for knocking over a toy that was very cheaply made. I been giving this guy business for over 20 years. He is rude and hostile. I don't want to shop there anymore. He a deushe bag.

If you're looking for an old toy or vintage video game this is the place, especially for Legos and action figures. There's also a decent comic selection and it's one of the few remaining local places to sell used DVDs

Wow. I hope someone close to him checks on this guy. He's genuinely unhinged. My son was going to buy something for his brother there and the guy screamed at him not to park where he was....my son couldn't even make it in the door after he moved his car before the guy called him an asshole and yelled at him to leave.

My husband and I wanted to go in to take a look and see if they had Xbox controllers. My husband is holding a closed water bottle. The guy tells my husband no water, totally okay I get it. My husband asks to put it in his pocket, still not okay. That's fine, we just want to take a look so my husband tossed the water bottle next to his car. At this point the man behind the desk seems to get so flustered and upset over this simple action. My husband was not trying to upset anyone so we just left(he did pick up the water bottle). Next time a man in his 30s comes in, talk to them with a bit more respect. We have been there before and do like the store. Unfortunately this interaction makes it hard to go back.

Rude customer service. Don't you dare leave anything out of order, or this guy will accuse you of wasting everyone's time all day. My friend, a alternately abled adult, left some gamecube games out of order. I always put things back in order when this happens. Before I had a chance to do that, this guy says "just because there around the corner, you don't get to leave a mess". I apologize and offer to put them back where they go, like I was planning anyway. He declined that offer, and says "what do you guys do, just waste everyone's time all day?". I chose to be nice about the situation, since my friend was already getting upset, and just said have a good day sir. Definitely not returning.
