Worst target. Staff not paying attention, not caring. Self checkout line was literally 30 people deep. Will never come here again.

I ordered an item for pickup. When it was ready for me before I decided to leave I went online to their website to see if the item I need was in stock. The website said it was. When I arrived I decided to go and find the package of batteries that I needed first before I go and pick up my order. I spent about 15 minutes wandering throughout the store without being able to locate my item. I asked a few employees they told me where they each believed that I might find what I was looking for. I was still unsuccessful so I went online and found the isle it would be stocked at. I asked a few more employees eventually I had gone to each of the three locations where they have batteries on their shelf twice. Each time I had an interaction with an employee I showed them the listing for the item that shows it is available. Every single person that helped me looked at me and acted if I were stupid. With having this experience I was able to get the idea to order this item for pickup since I’m already here to pick up an order. When I arrived at the support desk I was able to pick up my first order. After that I asked the lady if she could help me because I have been running around the store interacting with employees who were acting like I was stupid for insisting that the product is available because why would it be online listed as in stock if it wasn’t. The lady at the desk seemed appalled that I placed an order for pickup and was expecting to be able to get my order without waiting the 2 hour processing time, as if my time is invaluable and it’s my fault because I’m to stupid to find the product on the shelf. Long story short they don’t even have the item so not only did I spent my evening being disrespected for participating as a consumer I was able to place an order for something they don’t even have while they had no problem taking my money for services that cannot be rendered. Now I have to wait 2-3 business days for a refund. All because a multibillion dollar corporation can’t maintain an accurate inventory listing.

The workers are understaffed and they are running around trying so hard to keep up. They need to hire more workers and instead they have a security guy at the door now who just stares but does nothing. The employees are doing the best they can, but the management is bad.

If pictures say 1000 words, I just said 3000. This has to be the WORST Target I've ever been to. Normally I drive 25 miles to the next closest Target so that I can avoid this one. It's that bad. Always understaffed. The men's department is often a shambles. It's not even worth the effort to shop around. The shelves are a mess, as you can clearly see in the photos.

A nice location with a good selection of men's graphic shirts and a new and improved selection of books and novel section, and good supplies for writing pads and pencils.

This is by far the worst Target. Items are always out of stock, the store is a mess, you cannot find clothes because it is in such disarray, and like many others have stated there is usually only one checkout person. Half the clothes are on the ground or piled up on top of racks. Online ordering hardly works, probably because employees can’t find things in that mess of a store. With in-store pickup you usually have to wait in the returns line which is also a mile long due to one person staffing that. The parking lot is littered with trash and abandoned locking carts. Employees are friendly, but management is awful and staffing is clearly lacking. I would rather drive to the Oly Target or go to Wal Mart than this store.

Big hassle and overwhelming bad CS to get a price adjustment. Plus the store was very dirty, only one person at CS counter. But this is a regular practice. I feel they do not value the consumers time.

They have improved the store overall, but they still need to work with the number of checkouts. I have been going there since they've opened, but still, it's the number of checkouts. All in all, I like shopping there, the staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. Thanks ?

The clothing and shoe sections are constantly in a disarray. You have to dig to find sizes, piles and piles of clothes nothing in the right place. Shoes all over the ground. It's like they never recover the store at night. This used to he Mt favorite target because it was so clean and now Lakewood is actually better and cleaner. It feels like you're shopping at a Ross, it's worse than my local Walmart

I still don’t like their layout they have updated multiple times. And the blend of women’s & whatever still feels messy. There is two lines one for self checkout and other line/lines for registers. I feel like they could add stickers or dividers so that people don’t cluster around the registers. I appreciate their bathroom and Starbies. They finally slapped Ulta beauty in middle of the store.

Wish they had better working motorised wheelchair carts. The carts they have don't hold a charge long enough to get to the pharmacy, let along do any shopping. I've thought about changing pharmacies, but I really love everyone and everything about the CVS pharmacy and its closes place to me is only in this Target. I enjoy the people that work at the Target store, in full, only problem is I'm unable to do any shopping because I can't walk around, so I have to use a motorized wheelchair cart, please try to get them fixed soon. Thank you.
