Absolutely the worst customer service. We just drove away to go find another T-mobile location- hoping for better service. We walked in and the girl behind the counter didn’t greet us out say anything. She just stared at her tablet. We walked up to her and she said, “do you need something?” Well, duh!! We told her we wanted to switch over 4 phones and 2 iPads from other providers and she rolled her eyes. It didn’t get any better from there. We stood there for over 10 minutes while she was unhelpful with another customer. She gave us incorrect information. The whole thing was a joke. Another worker came out from the back and completely ignored us as we were just standing there. Finally we decided to walk out. Ridiculous. If you don’t want to work, stay home.

If you want your personal data all over the Internet, then TMobile is the place for you. 3 times they allowed my personal data to be leaked but gave a complimentary year of cheap identity theft detection. Apparently, after a year, the Internet forgets(ya, sure). I left and couldn't be happier.

This place is not there for customer service. They are there simply to sell you something. They just tell you to call a 1800 number instead of solving your problem. T-Mobile is just as bad as every other provider.

The service is improved significantly since last time I was with T mobile in 2018. Everything was quick, no hidden fees, even was able to keep the numbers. Verizon couldn't connect unlocked tablet that I bought on amazon and tried to force on me buy their own tablet for double price.. but T mobile had no issues with connecting that. So great service!

Horrible! Sales ppl has very little knowledge of they're products and services. Call or go online but do not go into a tmoblie store!

So don't sign anything until u ask them are there any more unknown fees after signing! We had to pay another $150 onto of the $951!! So total was over $1100!! Never going to use tmoble again! Also the employees need more training. She didn't know half of the stuff on her computer when it came to explain why it was so much!

While the review is for the T-Mobile on Yelm Highway in Lacey, it is really for a T-Mobile representative there. If T-mobile ever reads this, Art saved T-Mobile from losing 4 lines and my business.Art had five winning characteristics, he was honest, helpful, respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable. I am a long time college president so I have dealt with thousands of individuals in my life. I am not a beginner at personnel assessment.T-Mobile would benefit from putting him in charge of training, and perhaps should look at him for a bigger role. BTW, I just looked at the store’s other excellent reviews. The manager deserves credit as wellOf course what a review reader wants to know is whether that T-Mobile store is a good place to go. It was great for me. It certainly will be for you if you ask for Art. And in case you wonder, I never met Art in my life before yesterday. :)
