This store needs help. Lady at the store that seemed to be in charge was rude and look down on people that asked questions. Employees knowledge of promotions was lacking. Since we weren’t told all details of a promotion we couldn’t get our phones.The lady at the store moved my virtual card on my phone then no one knew where it was. Called t-mobile and they helped me find it.

Joseph was the best! Started a plan change over the phone ended up here just to grab a sim card and found out the changes I made...that took almost 3 hours.... and paid for over the phone did not get put into place. Joseph took care of everything quickly and was able to waive the fees so I didn't have to pay twice! He was fast, efficient, and very patient and polite. Thanks again Joseph!

Stopped by to get an extra line added to my plan for my father. Devon used his profound knowledge and excellent customer service to help us find the plan that worked best, saving us a lot of money. His positivity, humor, and expertise made this an extremely pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend, promote this man now!

The employees that work here are very misinformed and have wasted both my time and money. I decided to stop by this store to order a new phone. I explained the situation I had with me moving soon, they said “not to worry, you can change your shipping address” (shipping to store wasn’t an option). Well, the time came for me to change the address only to be informed by T-Mobile customer service associate to tell me: T-Mobile and UPS have a partnership and in that partnership, both parties have agreed to not change shipping addresses. So, essentially I’ve waited a month for my order to process, I have to wait another month for my phone to be delivered to the wrong address and be sent back to T-Mobile or have it be stolen so I can file a dispute. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you go to this store if you’re planning on purchasing a new phone or device. On top of all of this, the employee that “helped” me, was in a horrible mood and super impersonal.

Don't waste your time especially if you are dealing with warranty or insurance claim. Rachel at the store is extremely rude and will tell you the other stores and customers service are liars and she will refuse to help you.save your time and just go to Slater Kennedy location

This store, just as the one at Costco is unable to do anything except for sell phones as well. Don't waste a trip unless you just want to buy a phone. This is not a full T-Mobile store.

Good customer service!!!!I had an interview at wincos, across the street and my aunty was supposed to pick me at the Starbucks next to this T-mobile but unfortunately that starbuks was closed. My phone died and I was there bored out of my mind waiting, so I decided to ask one of the employees if I could charge my phone. Sure enough, by their good graces, they charged my phone. My phone had a cracked screen, so I explained what happened and they gave me a link and a number to call to get the proper insurance on it. Best customer service ever, had a laugh and felt like I was being taken care of. I feel bad that I forgot the name of the employee who helped me but he’s a blonde white male, skinny build and about 5’7. T-mobile if you’re reading this, give that man a raise.

Zachary is the man. By himself... flew through a dozen people, and everyone was happy. Give him a raise... this kid was friendly and super attentive.

Customer Service was alright. There was only one issue. They charged a $50 hidden fee for purchasing a device outright. I have bought devices outright many times from so many different places, but this is the first time i have ever been charged a random fee. I asked what it was for and there was no reason.If you need to charge a fee to make money for the store, just charge all your devices $50 more so we are not blind sided.I'm not sure if it's a new Tmobile Policy, but either way, it's a bad business practice.
