I had to switch rooms more than once because the first rooms heater wouldn’t turn on and the second rooms deadbolt lock was busted off, and as a woman staying alone i didn’t feel safe in a room without a deadbolt lock. The young man at the front counter was more than accommodating both times and also did so with a smile on his face. I was unsure about the hotel at first, but his flexibility and kindness made my night a whole lot better. The hotel itself is okay for the price, with hotels like this every single room is different so you get what you pay for. The customer service however, was outstanding. And even tho I felt extremely bad for having to ask to switch rooms twice, they still accommodated me so that i could feel safe and comfortable.Food & drinks: Dennys in the same parking lot as the hotel, very convenient, lots of nearby food options.

Why I reviewed what I reviewed;Rooms: Were clean. A few things that could have been fixed or upgraded but given to inflation, the undercare of visitors or tourists. I honestly don't blame the owners of this establishment to do so. Until people who rent a stay learn to be more responsible & respectful.Service: From the moment, my family and I step foot with our service animal. Service was a 100%. The front desk clerk(s) hospitable, friendly and very willing to help. No complaints there.Location: It was very well hidden but then again it's Washington. It's scenic environment is everywhere.Overall: We came when things were being renovated, fixed or slowly being organized. However, this place was what I wanted and expected to give my family the experience they needed. It gave off a very "The Shining" vibe lol. Which I'm very comfortable in. It helped give my family the opportunity of a humbling experience.Yes, I would return here. When everything is up and going. Affordable for sure.Safety: Safety:My opinion mattered to the staff.

Reserved a room on line ,they didn't honor the contract, the room wasn't ready so I paid an additional $25 to be able to go into the unit.Air conditioning/fan didn't work and it was hottest part of summer, the room was filthy, snot rockets on the walls, blood spatter thru out the room from previous guests' drug use, debris on the carpet, apparently didn't bother to vacuum.( Took the bedspread off and pulled back the sheets & no exaggeration, within 10 mins of sitting on the side of the bed I began to see little black things moving. BEDBUGGS! I let the office & housekeeping know the disgusting condition and made them come to the room to see it for themselves. So ,I asked to be moved to a different room, that one was even worse with the bedbugs,so I requested another room since they would not refund my money or even offer credit- and the 3rd room ,even more bedbugs.I was shocked, angry, disappointed and out $160 dollars to have this happen, then insult to injury, dealing with the bug bits and having to packed all my things in a large garbage bag and buy expensive bedbug pestiside another $36 -and pray I didn't take them nasty critters back to my house. Some of the rudest hospitality employees I've had to deal,& the worst customer service from a hotel ever. Even the Holly hotel was better & that's not saying alot. It took 2 months of calling, emails and more calls to Corporate to make someone listen a d try to remedy this horrible travesty.

This place was clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was perfect with freeway access right out of the parking lot. Always a coin toss when staying in a hotel that allows pets and I must say that this place exceeded my expectations. Happy and definitely planning on staying at the Lacey Super 8 again.Rooms: Clean floors, clean linen and smelled good.

Terrible hotel. Pool was closed. First room had ripped carpet and extensive wall patching. Second room had punched bathroom door and smelled odd. Outside trashes overflowing. Breakfast? Not! No coffee, instant oatmeal with no hot water, stale cold cereal. Do not stay here.Rooms: This hotel needs a complete makeover.Safety: Sketchy characters hanging out and passing through.

If we hadn’t of been staying for only 12 hours we would have went elsewhere. Most importantly; the beds were clean, no sign of bed bugs or bites (room 111) other than that it is kind of a dump. Points for the front desk person and because they didn’t charge me a pet fee. The whole building had a really odd smell and the carpet is disgusting. The AC in our room smelled horrible of mold we couldn’t stand to turn it on which made the room get super hot and stuffy. Had to brave leaving our window open for the night (first floor). There was only one light in the whole room in which they forgot to take the packaging off of. The shower didn’t look like it was cleaned and the toilet leaked all over the floor. It looks like they are in the middle of renovating rooms so maybe things will improve.Nearby activities: Denny’s right across the parking lot has really good food. Seemed to be like a giant party there after 11pmSafety: They didn’t ask me for my license plate which I found odd, it’s clear they don’t keep track of who is supposed to be on their property.

This place was way below what we were expecting. We had two separate stays since we traveled elsewhere in the middle of our stay. When we arrived nobody was at the front office. Waited for 20 minutes before anyone showed up. First room seemed fine at best. I checked the pillows and the pillowcase looked like it was rubbed with dirt. Absolutely disgusting. I went down and guy got me a new pillowcase. The bathroom was quite nasty as if nobody had ever cleaned it before. Second room had no lights in the bathroom so we had to rely on the heat lamp that turned off after about 10 minutes. Believe it or not this room also had a dirty pillowcase; I'm glad there were three pillows in this room we just didn't use the dirty one. I would look elsewhere if you want to rest. I was hoping to use the pool as well but for the entire week+ we were there, it stayed "out of order". Don't waste your time. This place was quite a dump and I am embarrassed for having stayed here :/

A friend of mine is staying here until we find him a place to live because his house burnt down and for anything longer than a night or two I would definitely recommend a different motel. It's old and needs to be updated, the rooms are clean but very "blah" not "homey" feeling. Their vending machines are ridiculously priced, my friends room doesn't have a working smoke detector in it (HIS HOUSE JUST BURNT DOWN REALLY???) nobody cleans your room until you check out, you can't understand the person at the front desk (English speaking employees is always helpful in the USA) , you can hear everything including the highway... You get my drift. On the plus side it's very reasonably priced, it's directly off the freeway easy on easy off, and their is shopping and food within walking distance which is convenient . But come on no smoke detector ???? His isn't broken it's just missing all together, crazy!Rooms: Explained in my reviewNearby activities: Shopping, food, groceries, home improvement store, gas stations all within a 1/2 mile walk if thatSafety: NO SMOKE DETECTOR!!!Walkability: Id give this a 5 star everything is super close by

This place is a dump. The first room we were in smelled of urine, had patched holes in the wall & the carpet & chair were so filthy that I didn’t want to touch anything. The staff was very accommodating & a gave is a different room when we politely complained. The second room was much better but still way below general standards.

Where do I even start. This motel is absolutely discusting. I stayed in room 111. First off there are BED BUGS which should get this place shut down! Floors feel so discusting to walk on. Shower handle had water spraying all over. Sheets were stained. AC was very loud and the tv connection was bad, every channel had static. Noone speaks english. Asked someone for a small trashcan because there wasnt one in the room and he brought me small towels, and didnt understand what I wanted. Breakfast room opened at 6am with nothing availiable but dry cereal. Called front desk at 630am to see when the food was coming and the guy brought down a completely frozen gallon of milk. What the heck. I advise to spend the extra $30 a night and stay at one of the other hotels in the area. This one has the worst reviews in town, just wish I had looked this up before I booked. BEWARE!

Rated it a 1 so I could place a review otherwise it'd be a 0. Would not recommend. Front office attendant needs to work in her customer service skills, pool not working and room smelt & not clean. If you stay there make sure to check your windows if on the first floor to make sure they're closed & locked.

The owner, tries to clean the rooms himself and is overwhelmed with all the work doing everything himself. Looked at three rooms and they all had garbage under the beds dirty floors and dirty on the sheets in the room I was given and my friend. She said no way is she staying in this room as she use to clean room when she was younger. The rooms had old sheets and unclean microwaves and refrigerators. Clearly the owner is overwhelmed running a hotel.Noteworthy details: Still waiting for my refund for not staying in the hotel and advising everyone to stay away.

I checked in with my daughter there was a cop outside talking to a group of homeless men there was a drug alcohol counselor talking to a homeless guy inside the lobby the girl at the front desk was very polite and nice but when I got to my room the reddish black carpet was stained black the black smears on the walls there was some kind of film and sticky stuff on the TV the bed look like it was freshly made but I wouldn't trust it. After getting kicked out of my room twice! I was already frustrated I was going to sit on the bed but it was sunken in the middle there was a blood stain and somewhat of a trail on the steps like a stabbing or murder had happened in the recent past you can see foot marks an black smudges on the walls, there were holes in the walls near the picture that hung in the room it didn't smell clean it smelled dirty and disgusting like the building itself breathed and sweated filth. So I ate the 105$ plus tax=129$- with Priceline on my Chase Bank card for a start that I couldn't even stomach trip stay.i went to the best western ten miles north of the direction I was heading in. Wyndham needs to get ahold of this property, condemn it an renovate! Hilton is associated with a dump drive property! Wow! Wish I could get my money back. Only have 3 stars because the girl was nice, but hard to understand.

Staff was kindly, but sad to say, property is in poor condition. Repairs seem lacking: holes in walls, toilet seats, carpet corners. A/C only blew air around. Pool looked permanently closed. Breakfast bar was very sparse. Grounds need TLC. No elevator to 2nd or 3rd floors.
