This place is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been with them now 3 months and have needed a couple different accommodations so far without issue. Let’s see… 1st they gave me a super awesome deal with price because I didn’t have a lock and normally that’s an extra $20-30 anywhere else but nope they GAVE me a brand new sealed one free. Then because I’m forgetful I left my key about 50miles away and they said they would help me out with a new lock and cut the old one off. I felt to bad so I ended up going to get the key but they were willing to help me without issue. Then I wanted to switch units to a smaller one which at my old storage place “public horrage” was a nightmare and the main reason I left them because they wanted me to close down my account and then become a new renter again setup a new account REPAY the admin fees new lock etc and weren’t even willing to help me find a new unit I could afford and expected me to do all this same day. NOPE! At storage land they helped me with everything and even gave me 5 days to move my stuff with the only expense change was for them because it cost me NOTHING and save me $40 a month. I can’t say they do this all the time for everyone but what I can say is I know they help people NOT lose their things because I’ve seen it personally many times. Every time I’m in there they are talking to someone who needs this or that and I NEVER hear an argument it’s always the person at the counter bending over backwards to help them find a solution. GREAT JOB GUYS! Don’t look elsewhere for storage needs you definitely are at the right place if you come here. Seriously I’ve had MANY MANY different units in my life and this place is a godsend! Tell them Justen sent ya lol!

This place is unmanned. They don't tell you that. And when you mention it, they kick you off the property. Horrible place, and horrible staff.

I have lived at this location for over 6 years. The office staff is very nice. If there is a problem they get right on it. We also had two of the storage units and our stuff was safe.

So far I feel my belongings are safe. It's affordable. It does close at 8pm which in my case works but for some it may not fit their schedule.

I enjoy being with them. They are very nice and friendly people and they work with you. The owner is very nice to talk to as well and his son. There prices on any unites are not to high. They also make sure the area is well kept up and cleaned.R.N.B

My brother.had a storage unit there - he passed found deseased in a tent in the woods 3 months later and he passed to our disbelieve and an unlike him situation- we remembered his storage- hope for some closure- a bit of something of his- was told by the office people that $279. Was due to retrieve his belongings so we gathered every penny we could -then the owner Jeremy said $400 is due but there was no way we could do that much- then we asked for only personal stuff of no value to anyone but us but he said no we had to wait till after the auction and the person whom buys it will return his personals to the office- well that didn't happen- now we are out of any personal items-for what $$ GREED- THANKS ALOT Jeremy! Hope you sleep at night!

Very professional. Clean and secure. Easy to get around units in a 26' truck. No semi truck access, but almost no storage facility does. Highly recommend.
