The establishment closed 15min early for some unknown reason. Myself and 2 other customers walked up and were turned away while the gentleman working was still inside, locked up before the sign on the door said they would close.

Wow. I just moved to the area and I've been looking for a local vape store. I've tried a few others but I have not been overly impressed... until I walked into Driftwood! They are a little expensive, but very friendly and knowledgeable! I found some new yummy juice at the recommendation of the staff. He also gave me some pointers with my device that has vapor pouring out of it now! I am so happy with my experience.

Overall a decent store. I started going elsewhere due to hours of operation. Closed Sundays is a limiting factor.Staff is generally knowledgeable, make decent recommendations. Sometimes, though, it's like they were arguing right before you walked in, and the negative energy and lack of joy just hangs in the air.Their stock consistency is hit or miss. One particular flavor that 'eveyone loves' is almost always out of stock. Flavors across all brands are out of stock at 3mg at least one visit per month.Spend some time figuring out what to order, or hand off the duty to someone else.

great customer service...Justin was very knowledgable and helpful with getting me what i needed and educating me on other products they offer and estimating the cost should i want to get something besides a disposable vape.

Very nice and knowledgeable! We live in shelton and will make the drive over there everytime we need something because of what a great job they do. ( They also have a big fish tank that is so much fun to look at!)

Consider this review is being written during COVID-19... Planning schedules (money paid by business) is hard to coordinate during COVID-19 -- best practice is to call before you visit to confirm they are open staffed. By doing this I always have a good experience. I purchased mods & sticks here - both good and reasonably priced considering the shipping of buying online. I really come to Driftwood Vapor's for the juice. Having the ability to mix the juice to meet my needs (flavor, nicotine percent, VG%, PG%) is the best!!

Went to 2 different shops before this one looking for a new rig. I won't dump on those places and their unhelpful clerks, but would like to point out this places exemplary service. Super helpful yet not in the slightest bit pushy. Couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Thanks a lot.

This place is my go to. Before the vape ban on flavors and coronavirus, this place was pretty well stocked. Even after those two setbacks, they still have a decent offering. I had gone back to cigarettes during the ban but when the ban ended, I picked up a salts vape which is what I used to titrate down previously. I came back after a couple months for a new vape and was pleased to find a small selection available. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out and they are VERY useful in string me know the different flavors and explaining features on my vapes.
