The people working at Shur Kleen are always professional and focused on excellent customer service but the staff at the Lacey Shur Kleen far exceed all expectations. They do stellar work and I won’t take my car to be washed any where else. Thanks a million, guys!

They consistently fail to scrub the back of my cars unless I specifically ask them. At first I thought it was just I’m my SUV, but today the same thing happened with my sedan. I will not be going there again.

It's a good car wash. The attendant had a little attitude yesterday. I guess he was stressed out. but overall, the machines work properly.

Love, love, love this car wash! They have free self service vacuum if you get a wash, and there’s not really a time limit, they just ask you not to be a selfish hog during the busy hours. The guys do a spectacular job prepping my car, and the options for different types of applications are helpful. During the summer I did the car wash thing almost every day with my little convertible, and it only cost $36 a month with the flat rate for the Super Dupe wash/wax/wheel cleaner/undercarriage clean/breakfast in bed package! Wheeeee!
I’ve never had any issues, except that one time when I forgot my wallet… They could scan my barcode for payment, but I couldn’t tip them.
The only thing I would change about Shur-Kleen is the hours of operation. I would like to see them stay open until nine or 10 PM, especially in the summer.

I arrived close to closing time but the young men working allowed me to finish vacuuming my car out thoroughly and I thanked them for the extra few minutes. But then my car didn't start and they quickly helped me get a jump and I was so surprised how kind they were and eager to help even though it was past closing and time for them to head home. What a nice bunch of employees, thrilled. Also, vacuums here work really well compared to other places they have a smaller tip easy to get in and around the car quickly. Will definitely be back.

Yes, the vacuum is free if you use the car wash, but the actual car wash didn't clean the rear of my vehicle. Maybe management needs to adjust the cleaning arm in the car wash.
