“The team was there for me through the whole move and I did have a few issues. I couldn’t get the code right for whatever reason so they changed it for me to something easier. And then I had my own lock so they went ahead and refunded me for the lock That I didn’t have to use. They were very attentive, even though there are kiosk out front, I still got plenty of customer service. Thank you so much public storage staff!”

“Rented a unit for roughly a year here. Lady is super nice and accommodates to your needs. Had a unpack container dropped off there so I could pack everything in it and get it picked up. Everything was easy and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. Would recommend to rent here.”

“This place is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been with them now 3 months and have needed a couple different accommodations so far without issue. Let’s see… 1st they gave me a super awesome deal with price because I didn’t have a lock and normally that’s an extra $20-30 anywhere else but nope they GAVE me a brand new sealed one free. Then because I’m forgetful I left my key about 50miles away and they said they would help me out with a new lock and cut the old one off. I felt to bad so I ended up going to get the key but they were willing to help me without issue. Then I wanted to switch units to a smaller one which at my old storage place “public horrage” was a nightmare and the main reason I left them because they wanted me to close down my account and then become a new renter again setup a new account REPAY the admin fees new lock etc and weren’t even willing to help me find a new unit I could afford and expected me to do all this same day. NOPE! At storage land they helped me with everything and even gave me 5 days to move my stuff with the only expense change was for them because it cost me NOTHING and save me $40 a month. I can’t say they do this all the time for everyone but what I can say is I know they help people NOT lose their things because I’ve seen it personally many times. Every time I’m in there they are talking to someone who needs this or that and I NEVER hear an argument it’s always the person at the counter bending over backwards to help them find a solution. GREAT JOB GUYS! Don’t look elsewhere for storage needs you definitely are at the right place if you come here. Seriously I’ve had MANY MANY different units in my life and this place is a godsend! Tell them Justen sent ya lol!”

“We needed a pickup for a home renovation project, and Lacey Express Storage was the closest U-Haul location. Everyone I spoke with was cooperative, friendly and helpful. The truck was ready when I arrived, and the check in process was fast and easy. The nearly new Chevy pickup we rented was not very clean, but drove well and did what we needed. (I left the truck cleaner than when we got it). When we returned the truck, they said that the fuel level was 'a hair below where it was when you got it' despite the fact that I had taken pains to leave it at the same level or a wee bit higher. However, when I called them they were quick to reverse that charge. Overall, it was not an impressive experience, but I will certainly use them again in the future.”

“I was in a jam and needing to move right away and I'm happy I went to Public Storage. This was my first time getting a storage unit. Sue at the Lacey location had me all signed up and ready to go within an hour of me deciding I needed a storage unit. She was very helpful with all of my follow up questions and needs, and let me know some helpful tips. Now that I am all moved into the new place I think I will keep the unit for a while. The price is right and it's very easy to work with the app and friendly staff. Sue also let me know it's pretty easy to move into a bigger/smaller unit to suit your needs. I would recommend Public Storage to other freewheelin' dudes like me and anybody who needs storage.”
