The place is busy and pretty small. The docks over by receiving are the only ones driver will utilize. The best way to enter is from Commerce Place Dr. NE and follow around the building to the receiving docks. The first time I was here was for a dunnage load of racks. The load weight was all of 3,500 lbs. and took me all of 5 minutes to get loaded. My second time here I was loaded with miscellaneous mattress materials and was 1.5 hours late. They didn't say anything about being late and had me unloaded in about 30 minutes once I finally got a dock. No problems for me here. No overnight parking for sure.

Great place to work, especially if you're looking to get into shape! Everyone is really friendly, relaxed environment, management actually seems to care about its employees. Good pay, low stress.

This is a manufacturing plant. Not a retail store.

Literally the most abusive and toxic workplace I've ever worked in. Bernie (you can read his review below) was my HR manager and literally the best office staff that I had a chance to work with in my three and a half years there. Working hard is to be expected when working this kind of job. However, the neglect for workers well being coupled with a high pressure environment to produce created and environment where the product being produced was often subpar. I personally will never forget when the floor staff planned a walkout and managment called us in to basically tell us that we should be thankful to work at a place that paid us more than the median wage of the area for "unskilled labor".

A great place to work if you want to diminish your whole quality of life, have no work life balance, and break your body because they can’t seem to understand the process could be done better. Management has the most static mindset, which is funny when our world is constantly changing. Every excellent idea goes out the door because management seems to think insanity is a better route. If you have any self respect you will stay away.

Sleeping great with my new mattress. One thing I did notice is it sleeps hotter. Other thing. I failed to notice is it's one sided so it can not be flipped over.

WARNING: THE TURNOVER RATE FOR OFFICE STAFF IS A 1.5 YEARS NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF THEIR JOBS; IT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SUPPORTED. IN 2017-2018 5 OFFICE STAFF WERE DISMISSED FROM THEIR POSITIONS. THIS ENVIRONMENT BREEDS MISTRUST. THE TEAM NEVER HAS A CHANCE TO GROW WHEN EVERYONE HAS TO PROTECT THEMSELVES BY DISTANCING THEMSELVES. THE DIRECTOR IS UNFOCUSED. THE DIRECTOR CARES MORE ABOUT HIS PRIDE THAN THE COMPANY BY DISMISSING ANYONE THAT DISAGREES WITH HIM. AN ORGANIZATION NEEDS TO EMBRACE OPEN MINDED PEOPLE TO THRIVE. WELL ITS NO SURPRISED PORTLAND CLOSED. I AM BETTING THE SAME MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES WERE USED THERE AND IT FAILED.
