For the most part they are decent except one of the male pharmacist, who is often rude to me, when I try and explain something to him he raises his voice and tells me I’m wrong! I know my medicines and when I ordered them. Just because he messes up he tries to put the blame on the customer. I think he needs a refresher course on how to talk and interact with people. I hate getting my medication filled when he is there.

I have repeatedly asked them to mail me my prescription for a diabetic medication. Four times I've called now, and four times I was apologized to and assured it would be sent out "tomorrow." Two weeks ago, when I first asked them to mail it, I still had some left. Now I'm completely out, because they've dragged their feet so long. They've lost me as a customer, but I doubt they care.

Horrible pharmacist. Avoid "Charlie" at all cost. Every time I've been here he is rude, short, impatient, snarky and completely unprofessional. When asking for help he acts like you're wasting his time. Everyone can have a bad day but this dude is always kind of a j**** I live in the new complex and I've seen him joking with coworkers when in the store so it looks like he just DOESN'T LIKE CUSTOMERS. Other people I've talked to say the same thing. Hey safeway find a new guy.

The customer service at this pharmacy is absolutely horrendous. The workers are incredibly rude and act inconvenienced even when there is no one else in line. Used this pharmacy for a bit over a month. I had to turn off text updates, which I love, because a week ago I was bombarded with messages because they decided to fill every medication I'd ever had, even the discontinued ones and the ones I'd just filled. Huge hassle. When I went in on Friday to get the one medication I'd ordered Thursday, the pharmacist told me it wouldn't be in until Tuesday, even though I ordered last Thursday. When I calmly asked why it hadn't even been ordered yet the pharmacist blew up and started yelling at me, then accused me of yelling at him (I wasn't).Will never go near this awful pharmacy again.

I am so offended by the pharmacist's behavior that I will never use this pharmacy again, and I haven't made up my mind whether I'll shop at this Safeway again. I came in last night, a Friday, to pick up the prescriptions I'd ordered Thursday afternoon. Pharmacist was chatting with another employee, ignored me even though the other employee kept looking at me and nodding his head in my direction to alert the pharmacist. Finally came over once he'd finished whatever awesome story he was telling his checker buddy. Told me that my prescription wouldn't arrive until Tuesday. I mentioned that I'd ordered it early Thursday, asked why it was taking so long. I tried to explain that I'd switched to this pharmacy after the last one botched this particular refill (heart medication, I will have a heart attack and die if I miss it), asked why it hadn't been ordered when I requested the refill, but the pharmacist started yelling at me that it was labor day weekend. Then he started yelling at me, claiming I yelled at him (I have a weak and raspy voice. I can't physically yell. It's a struggle to speak loudly enough to be heard in most social situations). It was so offensive, and a bit terrifying to watch this grown manchild yelling at me for the behavior he's doing alone, all because he screwed up. Now I get to spend my Saturday looking for a new pharmacy, hopefully one that will fill my meds before I run out, lest I die (or, more realistically, have to go to the ER filled with Covid-19 patients for an emergency fill).

The staff here is great. I choose to come here over local Walgreens or CVS because of the personalized service. They are great and very responsive if I have a question.

2 hour wait and the store was empty. But they said they were backed up from what wasn't done last week.
