I like what this gym has to offer. The employees seem to be respectful and do their best to answer any questions I may have.
I have a problem regarding payment. A few months ago, I noticed my payment didn't go through. I called and asked if I could make a payment over the phone because I was having issues with the app and was unable to come in. The employee I spoke with said I could come in the next day and wouldn't be charged a late fee.
Clearly, it's my responsibility to pay my bill on time, and of course, I could've reviewed my policy to confirm. I went in the next day and was charged a late fee. I would've gone in later the night before if I had known. I didn't make a big deal about it, but it's important they give out the correct information.
I now have an issue with payment again. I made a payment through the app and was charged twice. I went in the following day and spoke with a manager. I was told it would be put back on my card.
It's been 3 weeks. I still have not been refunded. My monthly payment is coming up again. I need someone to please fix this.

I was in the black card spa waiting for my phone battery pack to charge with my eyes closed. A female or whatever they identify as employee walked in to the black card spa to tell me that I can't sleep in the black card spa and stated that if they saw me sleeping again that they would tell me to leave. Emily is the employee. I am a former employee of Planet Fitness Beaverton Oregon location and fully trained on what the rules and regulations are and I have been through physical fitness training myself. The employees tonight have been standing at the front desk since I got here as well. I know very well that there's absolutely no reason to ever be standing around because there is always something to do as I have been trained by an experience district manager/regional to recognize problem cleaning areas and dirty equipment. I also know that locations vary on rules location to location because of the fact that some are owned differently and I have also physically been to over 15 planet fitness locations through out the pnw in Oregon and Washington state. I have also been discriminated against even as an employee on what gender they think I am (I am a female and identify as female) as well as had an employee at a separate location "relieve" themselves to me taking a shower before I was an employee and without proof so nothing could be done about it on my part as far as reporting or sticking up for myself. As an employee I was apart of the cleanest gym in the Pacific northwest so it upsets me that lazy employees would take the time to tell me that I couldn't sleep (close my eyes) while they could be cleaning the gym. I use this pf location because I am employed in the city nearby and this is the gym located closest to me. I put so much hard work into PF in my short time there and the thanks that I get is not being able to relax even as a gym member. I do like pf as a whole though hence the 2 stars. All locations are not the same. Mind u when I arrived at this location to use the hydro massage lounge I had to push the overflowing garage can contents down in the bc spa and pick up someone elses paper towel off the bc spa floor. Afterwards I went around to the tv and lounge area to charge my battery pack and watch the Olympics on tv to see someone elses wad of Tootsie roll wrappers and other candy wrapper left on the table which I also took the time to throw away and noticed that the cordless vacuum has been hazardously laying leaning in the walkway in between the couch and the wall for 3 1/2 hours and counting not being used.

The gym itself seemed fine but I wouldn’t know because I didn’t get to use it. The girl at the front desk was rude because my account didn't have a photo, which my previous gym never required. I explained that to her and she rolled her eyes and asked for a photo of my ID. Then she told me I needed to take a picture and sign some forms, but didn’t tell me what I’d be signing or why I needed a picture. When I asked if I could upload a photo myself since I wasn’t looking my best, she insisted it wasn’t possible. Later, I found out that I could indeed upload a photo on my own. This interaction was uncomfortable primarily because there was 0 friendliness to it. No smile or anything. She hardly made eye contact with me. Who works at a gym and acts like that? I did go to another location and was asked for the same information but the delivery was so much better and I felt happy to be at their gym.
It’s really no wonder people are reluctant to go to the gym. I can’t image just starting on my calorie deficit of gym journey and greeting someone like this. Thankfully, I'm too committed to quit now and considered other options where I’m greeted by those excited about their job. If you’re reading this please don’t let this place deter you from fitness because not all experiences are like this

All the gym goers there are all so friendly and the staff is always on point with questions, concerns or cleaning. My favorite location, glad it's my home gym! I've been to other ones and this one takes the cake...no wait, it takes the protein bar.

Hydro massage chairs are my kryptonite. Unbelievable, especially after a good workout!

The staff was very friendly and professional. They also take good care of the equipment and cleanliness of the store.
The black membership that allows me to use massage chairs and hydro massage was really necessary to me.

I been to 50 states traveling . This place is dirty and nasty. Has homeless people shaving and stinks. The girl name Ashley was very rude and sarcastic and didn’t help at all. Highly don’t recommend this Lacey location. Staff is rude and not helpful.

I have terrible anxiety so I could never see myself actively going to the gym. This place surprisingly makes me feel super welcomed and all the people are super nice!
