I will never let Kimberly W groom my Yorkies ever again! She did a TERRIBLE grooming job on my little guy Baxter, I asked for a Yorkie Teddy Bear cut and asked her to go a little shorter on his face and over his eyes. I got a shaved head with a bald spot from where she went to low with the clippers and a a big chunk of hair missing on his left ear. When I explained that this wasn't what I asked for, she gave me attitude and said "That's what you asked for" and then I explained to her that is NOT what I asked for and that I wasn't happy at all with the haircut. She then paged for a manager and toof him that we needed to do a Puppy Credit or refund, she never once apologized for the bad haircut and continued on to the next customer. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received at PetSmart Grooming and she will NEVER groom either of my boys again. The only reason I gave 1 was because the system wouldn't let me give zero

The food selection was good for my freshwater fish. I found a nice squeaky dog toy for my grandpup. I spent less than 80$.

They did amazing with my baby boy. I appreciated their attention to detail and he came out looking perfect. Would recommend. Don’t forget to tip your groomer. :)

Even though I really like PetSmart the last time I was there I was not very impressed by the very small selection they have of pet clothes and outfits. Also unfortunately Banfield charges way too much to be able to afford to take your pet there

I enjoy this store because it is clean, organized and there are employees around who can answer questions if you have them. I'm usually in and out pretty quickly but if the line ever backs up, please be patient. I'll always come here to grab my pet's necessities, toys and treats!

I can take Mikey my shih tzu inside of course he loves it. Prices are not cheap but Mikey likes it. Mikey's groomer and vet all in one place. Did I say Mikey likes it.

Have never been more appalled by my treatment as a disabled person by a store. I have been a frequent customer for years at this PetSmart but NOT any longer. While going to purchase my regular monthly dog food, an employee who I believe to be the manager asked me "what was going on here." I asked him what he meant and he pointed at my prosthetics. I told him I didn't understand what he meant. He then insisted I was stealing or in his words "putting things in my pants" and demanded I either TAKE OFF MY PANTS or leave before he called the police. Didn't even give him the time of day after my first attempted explanation. Do better and if you are a person with a disability, take your business elsewhere. Shopped at Petco after with no problems and was able to purchase my same dog food with *0* issues. If I could give less than one star, I would, gladly. Incredibly disappointed as I drive quite far to go to this PetSmart because I have always appreciated friendly staff and affordable kibble. No longer.

For a box store, this one is run pretty good as it always seems to be well staffed. I mostly go there for aquarium needs, and the folks back there are friendly, knowledgeable, and care about their charges, sometimes a little too much. While I appreciate the advice about the best environments for some fish, they seem a little over zealous in their suggestions on which fish will work in my tank. I've learned not to mention that I also have a large turtle, as the mere thought of him sharing a tank with a $2.99 tetra is upsetting for few of the PetSmart aquarium employees. But it speaks well of their commitment to the tanks at the store.
