Randi is incredible - her customer service was exceptional and she was so kind and gentle with our senior dog. She always groomed her exactly as we wanted. People would comment how soft she was and how good she smelled weeks after being groomed. I highly recommend RUFF!

My sweet little furbaby has major groomer anxiety and she willingly runs into Alisha’s arms and gives her kisses. It’s so nice leaving our dog with them as opposed to watching her shake as we walk away at the other places we tried prior. All of the staff are amazing and we are now lifelong clients.

8300 Quinault Dr NE Suite A, LaceyPrior to appointment: I requested an appointment and completed the physical history survey all through their website. It took a couple weeks to get a call back. The website communicates that they process appointment requests in the order of when received, so when they call, I recommend not missing the call or getting back to them ASAP.
Scheduling: this was straight forward, they call and you hash out scheduling. Leading up to the appointment many reminders were sent, via email and text, according to my preferences selected when I did the online survey.
Appointment: in my case, with what I wanted out of this appointment for my dog, i’m extremely satisfied. The provider did a thorough review before determining what medications to prescribe, they checked in with me throughout the assessment to ask questions about my dogs history as well as to answer any questions I had or to clarify things I wasn’t understanding. Once the provider completed their portion I was informed of their findings and the discharge plan.
Post-appointment: once payment was handled I opted to receive the receipt via email, they provided a printed copy of the discharge plan and one was emailed as well.
**Solid communication throughout, friendly staff, and informative regarding my dog’s issues.

4411 Lacey Blvd SE, LaceyI love Kitty Klinic and hate anytime I have to go anywhere else for emergencies. They spayed both my girls and have kept them up on their vaccinations and have done their health exams, they have always been so kind and patient to deal with from the gals at the front desk and the veterinarians I’ve spoken on the phone with. Im not sure if there is more than one veterinarian there primarily but I’ve always felt like my girls were in good hands when I’ve spoken with them. I really feel like they care about the animals and do their best to get them in as quickly as possible, keep costs down, educate and help their owners make sure they have long and happy lives. I feel like they are honest with their recommendations and they’ve always taken care to answer my questions when I call or when I bring them in to make sure they get the care they need. They’ve quickly responded to requests such as getting a copy of their records. I couldn’t be happier with them and hope that they never struggle and face a position where they can’t help us anymore. So much that we hosted our Olympia Boss Society networking event there the following month! The space is beautiful, the wine is delicious, and overall everything about Stottle is a 10/10 experience! I love this hidden gem off the beaten path. Definitely worth a stop! And if you host any kind of events, their barrel room is absolutely perfect!

Top Rung Brewing Company
8343 Hogum Bay Ln NE, LaceyWhile visiting family in Olympia, we wanted to check out the local beer. We have kids, so we ran a search on Yelp for family friendly breweries, which didn't turn up many. Luckily, Top Rung was at the top of the list. Top Rung is located in an industrial area in a quiet part of town. Food Top Rung had quite a few beers on tap and offered some pizza options that they made behind the bar. I went with the HDR Hazy Sabro-Tooth Tiger IPA. The beer was served in my favorite type of drinking glasses, which are shaped like beer cans. The beer itself was very cold and tasty. 5/5 Service The bar wasn't too busy, but the staff were still friendly and knowledgeable. I only ordered one drink due to time, but still inquired about buying a glass, which they were sadly out of. 4/5 Ambiance The bar has a fire department theme and is decorated as such. They have ample inside and outside seating and even some board games. Very good vibes. 5/5 Top Rung seems like a brewery on the rise. They have all the ingredients to be very successful. If you are in the area, check them out.

I don’t like that sometimes they will put their own energy drink in without asking first. I only really like redbull and I think they got rid of them and use a generic kind (which isn’t better AT ALL) so that is the only reason why I don’t go anymore. But they all seem pretty knowledgeable about their drinks. Obviously the drinks are going to be a bit more costly when you go to bikini baristas. They used to make the best redbulls in town so I didn’t care much about the cost. All the other coffee places make terrible redbulls and lotuses

La Mansión Restaurant
5211 Lacey Blvd SE, LaceyI can’t believe it took us so long to try this place! The food is delicious and a little different from what you’ll find at other Mexican restaurants in town. Our whole family is totally addicted to the chicharrones de pescados and camarones submarinos appetizers. There’s parking in the back so it’s a lot easier to get in and out than it looks like from the street. The interior is gorgeous and sophisticated and works for anything from a casual lunch to date night. We’ve been twice in one week and we look forward to coming back soon!

UPDATE: As per L&L's reply, I ordered again tonight and asked for extra sauce, and these guys really hooked me up! MAHALO and aloha nui loa!!

We live 3 hours away and will be stopping through on our next trip north. Solid vegetarian sandwich but these guys specialize in meaty, juicy subs. But not gross juicy, but just right.
Wayyyy better than any chain (Jersey m, JJ’s, Quiznos). Staff was so nice at 7:15 on a Sunday!

There is usually only one or two staff but they have excellent customer service and if it is busy, it's worth the wait. The fried chicken is also yummy. Glad to have this food place so close.

I wish I could have given them a solid 5 stars, but I didn’t get the Vietnamese coffee that I ordered and for $6, that irritated me. Small things. We will go back, absolutely, but I’ll check the bag before I leave next time. Containers are great; no spills or weird stuff happened, that was a plus also.

8765 Tallon Ln NE suite g, LaceyStopped by this little place today with my wife and we were extremely impressed. We shared a Shrimp Po Boy and an order of the fried pickles. The pickles came out first and it was a very large portion with a good breading. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. When the owner/cook found out it was our first time, he recommended we try the deep fried chicken next time and then brought us our two complementary cups of clam chowder to try. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.
