One of the most affordable places around thurston county for a kids manicure and pedicure. They were nice and accommodating to a same day appointment. I don't like how some of her nails are not filled on the sides. It was not worth $76.00, but everything is expensive these days so that's no surprise. Don't know if we will be back but thanks for making my baby happy.

I've been here a few times now, and I've definitely found my new nail place ! I always call ahead to schedule by appointment, and I'm always seen on time. Mai is a rockstar at what she does, I absolutely love my nails ! ?

All the ladies at Pearl nails are very kind/gentle/patient and do beautiful work. I’m always very happy with any art or designs on my acrylics that I request, they slay it every time! If you have a picture of what you want, they never miss in my experience. Pedicures here are really good too, toes are always shaped and painted with a lot of attention to detail and my feet feel super soft.
If you’re a little more on the introverted side like me, this place is a good spot to unwind and not feel pressured to chit chat during the service if you’re not feeling talkative. It’s a smaller space too so it doesn’t get overly busy/crowded.
Acrylics and pedicures are a luxury, especially in this economy, so I’m not just going anywhere to get my nails done. I’d much rather support a business that gives me consistently great results, so I’m unless I’m out of town or one of my friends requests that we go to her fav salon together occasionally, I’ll only get them done at Pearl nails.

Apparently a male named KEVIN does not know nor operate with the value of customer service. BEWARE! This guy had a total meltdown on my wife who was getting her nails done, but while waiting for my daughter a worker asked if she was happy with her nails and she replied “yes, but some of the glue is stuck to my skin.” The worker took it upon herself to help fix it up. The male KEVIN was apparently insulted by this and started YELLING at my wife and stormed out. VERY UNCALLED FOR and UNNECESSARY and UNPROFESSIONAL. Once again BEWARE! If he doesn’t know how to conduct himself with any sort of feedback from the customer, he is a LIABILITY to this business. Unfortunately, my wife and kid had been going to this place for years, and this EXPLOSIVE and EXPLICIT person ruined the customer and business relationship. It’s wild how he escalated so fast and dismissed a regular customer without any regard. It’s disappointing and made my family sad. Totally unwarranted and unfortunate.
Update Note to respond: Pay attention to the owners reply to me… it’s loaded with racist undertones. He doesn’t address the situation he created, instead he resorts to insults and lies. A true indicator of his character… By the way, she is American born and a US Army Veteran… people who know her will see this review and your reply. Your credibility will be exposed.
P.S. Also… they ghost boost their own reviews (I just noticed as I came back to address his reply). Check out the other 1star reviews and see how he responds… it’s wild!
Stylist: KEVIN = BEWARE! Bad behavior to customers! Could be a bad day or moody, however, you do not treat anyone with curses, yelling, and storming off. Totally unprofessional and inexcusable. I wish there were some accountability for his actions. He ruins it for the other great workers there…

Absolutely beautiful work from Mai & Trinity. However the owner is a Racist and is a total JERK who can’t do his job right and should not be working with customers since he is highly unprofessional. Did my mom’s nails wrong and huffed at her when she wanted square instead of round (she’s been getting the same shape at this location for 3 years). He confronted & cursed my mom out when she asked the lady to fix her nails when he glue her nails to her skin. Her polish had bumps and was too thin.Trinity & Mai did the best they could to help but the fact of the matter is he made a customer cry. He cussed her out and told her to never come back and he never wants to see her again(remind you she’s a regular and she actually never said anything to him) before he stormed out. I was told his name is Kevin. I as well have been going for 3 years and he’s always did my nails the lazy/easy way (HIS WAY) so I eventually been asking for more complex designs to get the amazing ladies that unfortunately have to work with him. He should not be working with PAYING customers.
Stylist: KEVIN treated customers terribly. Had a temper tantrum and stormed off on another customer while cussing in front of everyone.

After going here for years with my daughter, I'm so disappointed with the way the male worker Tevin reacts when there are issues with his work. The ladies are amazing but after today I will not be going back. I had said my nails were more round than I like and he said "oh you want square" but I said it'll be fine. My nails were glued to my skin I couldn't get it separated so one of the ladies said she would fix it. As they were getting fixed he came up and said what's wrong with your nails I said "my skin is glued" he went on to tell me I've been giving him a hard time the whole time, I ask for something then complain, never come back and to get the F*** out, he doesn't need me there. I wasn't even speaking to him or complaining, but he was going off. The ladies were apologizing to me and telling him things in their language and I was just sitting there in shock. So disappointed in his actions. I hope he feels good about himself because we will not be going back. ** Edit to add the response the owner gave to my husbands review on Google. I'm in total shock that an owner would stoop this low. My daughter and I had been going to this salon since before the pandemic, they've done prom nails, graduation nails, our vacation nails and simple upkeep on our nails and never once a problem. Their true colors really showed with their responses and it's sad that this business reacts this way. ***Smart of the owner to delete his response.

I usually do my own nails, but my mom gifted me a gift card to this place. BTW two stars were taken off because my mom got a wax when she was there and mentioned it was super duper hot and it hurt her, (we get them often so know a typical temp) the lady ignored her and shrugged her shoulders brushing her off. My mom had welts and her skin peeled, and she was in alot of pain, snd she is a cement mason with high pain tolerance. The kicker is that she still had hair. I on the other hand was pretty scared to go, but I had a pleasant time, nails looked great, aren't thick and she worked very fast but didn't sacrifice quality and even gave me tips and tricks for me doing my nails at home. I specifically look for non thick acrylic places so if thats you, this is your place. Not fancy, typical price for full set acrylic 70$, high priced if your mom was burnt. Oh, They charge for any design and upsale you, moons were 8$ extra.

Mai never fails me, her work is always beautiful! Probably the best in the last 10 years I've been getting my nails done. And she's sooooo sweet! Definitely come here if you want beautiful natural looking nails. Call ahead to schedule though, she gets busy!

My nails are awful. The woman doing them was so rushed they look terrible. They are extremely thick and lopsided. My pedicure was ok but also rushed. I guess I learned the lesson you get what you pay for. Go somewhere better.

The staff is polite and friendly. I've only found this salon recently. I've had great service and I love my nails when I leave. I will definitely stay loyal!

I came as a walk-in and had an amazing experience! Very relaxing and the technician was so kind and thorough. She was gentle on the difficult areas and the gel polish is perfect. My toes look great and I will definitely be back.
