They really went above and beyond to find the part we were looking for. We brought in the part to replace but didn't have year make and model of the vehicle. So they searched through the database until they found what we all agreed was most likely what was needed, and if it wasn't we could bring it right back. With necessary info of course. But they didn't have to do all that. The parts store down the road wouldn't! But we were in a hurry and nowhere close to the broken down vehicle. Thanks guys, that's the 2nd time we've left the parts store down the road to bring our business to you. Friendly, helpful staff really makes a difference and from now on we go the extra 2 blocks to come to you first.

Came here to look for a cabin air filter for my Mazda 3. The lady offered me service as soon as I walked in, I didn't have to wait. She did an excellent job trying to find what I needed for my car. Once I left, I accidentally left my debit card. Immediately I was contacted to come pick it up. I came in and the gentleman asked me for my ID to make sure it was me. They locked it up securely so as to make sure I got my debit card safely.
Thank you so much again to this team! Quality customer service guaranteed. A+++ satisfaction. Thank you so very much for all your help ?

Stood at the counter ready to purchase. Kid behind the counter couldn't be bothered. Was not helping anyone else. Never made eye contact or acknowledged me and was standing there, 4 feet away, making my presence very well known for at least a minute. Just stared into his computer, then walked right by me and headed to the back. Not a single acknowledgement of my existence. You spend all your time and advertising money getting the customer to come in and choose to part with their hard earned money in your store and that's your performance. Kid should be working on the line a few doors down.

I was surprised at the quality of service from the guys behind the counter at this O'Reillys. I definitely got the vibe they were retired mechanics (who don't want to bust their knuckles any more) rather than the super incompetent young guys at a lot of parts stores

A customer should never be made to feel like they're stupid or they're a problem when they come in needing assistance. Regardless of if hey are or not that's beside the point and goes double for the automotive industry. People don't intentionally blow a tire, lock their keys inside, or leave their lights on and kill the battery. They already feel annoyed and God customer service would be recognizing that and then putting forth the effort that lets them know they're in good hands. Unfortunately I do not have such an experience. I feel like I was a burden to them and unwelcome to come back in the future. The phrase "Kill 'em with kindness" should be a customer deserve reps mantra.

Another Outstanding experience. Tonight David took the time to walk me through a perplexing transmission issue concerning fluid levels, shifts, procedures, etc and most importantly to check if your transfer case had popped into neutral (the actual problem). By having a good look at everything though, I detected a coupling leak and topped off the fluid which was getting dangerously low, thereby, surely saving the whole unit.Much thanks to the whole crew there! I've had many positive outcomes working with them. I recommend this store whole heartedly.

Was an auto zone customer until I visited orielly's on pac ave and experienced top shelf customer service. The fellas working dropped some knowledge in a helpful, friendly manner. They answered every stupid question I had with professionalism. Customer service is a dying part of society but these guys have it down pat. I'm gonna find out the dudes name who always helps me and give him some recognition in a future review. We need to tell people when they are doing good because often all we hear is negativity.
