One of the friendliest dealerships on the West Coast! The owner, Julio greeted us as we walked in and shared some of the history of the shop. Christina was super helpful! Pretty cool she and I share the famous Davidson last name. The rest of the staff were totally awesome, too. Lots super neat, old bikes on display along with new H-D's and Royal Enfield motorbikes.

Kind of in between seasons so clothing selection was not as robust. Still able to find souvenirs. Always great bathrooms @ HD!! Had to use elevator instead of climbing stairs bc most clothing was upstairs. Nice selection of mc's. Sales staff very friendly.

NW H-D is awesome! Every time I've been in, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Ultimately, this led to my decision to purchase my first motorcycle from NW H-D and Kelly Shandrow (sales). My entire experience was excellent! I have felt more welcomed and included in the HD family than I have with any other vehicle purchase. Thanks for kickin' a**!

Stopped in yesterday to check out a bike on my way to work and made an appointment to ride a Sportster and a possibe trade for this morning. I rode in today and arrived a few minutes late, to my own fault. The same salesman who made sure to have all forms of contact with me prior to making the appointment, informed me the bike had sold earlier and offered other models in it's place. Thank you junior sales associate Kelly Shandrow, for wasting my time today and not letting me know the Sportster sold prior to showing up. Top tier staff!

Bought a 2021 Heritage back in April/May with a smidge over 5,000 miles. She’s in for her first service at another dealership (Northwest proved they are not about quality service so I went elsewhere for service) and found that Northwest sent me out on the road with issues they SHOULD have addressed. A significant safety issue. I am happy with my decision to drive much further for service and have the assurance that I will be safe on the road. Shame on Northwest Harley for putting profits over

Although I believe each Harley-Davidson dealership exemplifies the idea of a ‘motorcycle family’ across the country and around the world, the experience at Northwest Harley-Davidson in Lacey, Washington is a dealership among the best of them. I just purchased a beautiful trike, and I highly encourage others to visit their location. As they say, ‘Let’s Ride!’.

The guys went over and above Joey,rheet,buey and George were awesome they made the deal happen with no pressure and work hard to get me on a new road glide. The staff are awesome would recommend anyone to go there.
