Horrible experience with a ethnic lady with terrible teeth and stank breath. She had a terrible attitude and “couldn’t” sign me up to the plan she had just offered didn’t give me an exact reason why. She told me to just call customer service in a month to get the promotional plan she promised. Just more thing to do in a month and probably not get the plan I was promised. This employee rolled her eyes and didn’t respond when I said good bye. Looked like she was about to fight me or tell me off. Ghetto as fudge. Don’t come here. Don’t use metro. Manager do yourself a favor and please fire this employee.

The sales associates lie they’ll tell you you have to have the top plan and get insurance to get the deals which is not true. Read up online on the website before you go in here because the greasy sales people will try to rip you off and then gaslight you when you call them out.

My T-Mobile expert, Kade, is just that! An Expert! He is so knowledgeable and helped me out with a bad phone situation. He is surely a diamond in the rough. The salesperson that I purchased my phone from at a different location, gave me someone else's phone number, and did not activate it with my old phone number. But Kade resolved everything and I have my same number from my previous phone.Kade is a rare type of customer service individual these days, it is wonderful that he cares so much and deserves to be recognized for it!Thank you Kade!
