Nice place, very small selection but that's pretty common in Washington. Don't think they carry anything pesticide free but that's also very common in Washington. Staff was friendly but too busy to really pay attention, two on staff was not enough for this location. Especially when one has to keep walking away to check IDs. I thought the prices were decent till I woke up this morning and found I'd been sold empty tubes of infused prerolls. So I wasted fuel and money going all the way to visit this "new" place. Staff was very sweet or I wouldn't be giving two stars even and like I said too busy to pay attention and take their time, that's not their fault their understaffed.

I’m Only giving 4 stars because i usually have a great experience. However today i has a very poor experience. I frequent this dispensary and everyone is usually kinda attentive. Today during my visit Dawn and the FOH lead were rude and very inattentive . I was also informed that no discounts are applied im going to assume it’s because I had to ask for some assistance picking my product would be nice . Dawn having a bad day does not excuse poor customer service. Also didn’t want to supply me with my receipt .Do better , I hope my next visit is back to normal

I only am giving 2 stars because the employees or it would only be 1 star! As a regular from day 1 and a bud tender I am very disappointed in the selections they have. Lucid use to have awesome selections and great prices but now it's outrageous. I go there looking for from the soil products and am very disappointed every time!

This is one of the worst dispensaries of ever been to in my life they have horrible horrible cannabis they do not give you what you ask for and they're overpriced I will never go back and I would not refer anybody to go to this dispensary unless you want to just pick some grass up off the ground and smoke it

Everybody here has been so friendly and helpful. They know their product and always have the best recommendations, listen to what I ask for, and stay in my price range. I love the smiles and good vibes every time I come in! You guys are doing an amazing job at what you do

Yo..I'm so bad with names, I literally asked the dude what his name was and now that I'm home I already forgot ? but the dude with the semi long brown hair that was working tonight (Tues 6/13) was awesome. I only had $27 and he made sure I left with weed and dabs I was happy with. It was dope and I will definitely be back, Thank you! ☺️

Anything thats "Good", not even "Great" is 50-55/ 1/8.There is 0 reason to go here without a sale and they wont stay consistant with said sale. They also are paying for positive reviews.They dont even know who updates their menu.The only thing positive I can say is that the staff are knowledgeable and hate the way this store does business.Please, with sincere words; DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.PS: Reading other reviews, this same thing keeps happening on repeat. They run sale for a few months, year and then just stop till people get mad and stop coming. Then they change the staff and start all over again. Terrible management.To the owner;You absolutely do. You run these events till you think you can milk more money out of people, stop and pray they will pay insane prices for alright stuff. While I was in today, I watched you guys lose over 100 dollars in less than 10 seconds because you guys cant stay consistent in any of your 'marketing' strategies and the default cost of your product takes into account the sales you dont stay consistent in. You folks also said youd work on communication with your customers over these sales in previous replies- which has absolutely not happened in any way. Just repeating same mistakes over and over, claiming to do something about it and then just dont. I dont know if its laziness or just being flat out greedy but; it is what it is and I watch your sales go down because of it so... Your call if thats acceptable to you.Yor text messages are also inaccurate. A fella walked out of your store cuz texts sent him there for something you didnt have...

My favorite place to get dabs.It used to be better. They had happy hour and deals on a regular schedule. Now there is no way to know what is going on unless you call & bug the employees each time. They are usually busy so have to wait.I dont go as often now; Forbidden on sleater kinney has consistent deals. Lots of things are cheaper now.Lucid has decided to mostly stock expensive dabs now...most are $40+

Here at 8:10 AM 5-4-2023. Nothing but crickets. I live a ways out, it's really irritating when you drive 40min to find out the place isn't open~ when the hours on the net, and physical door, say you open at 8.

I like this place! The staff is really nice, and not pushy or following you all over the place unless you ask for questions about products. I like it better than bud barn

Before today, I loved Lucid. Happy hour prices were the #1 reason I frequented this dispensary (for several years). Today I went in during happy hour at noon to learn that happy hour was no more. Done. No notice to their loyal customers of this huge impact.You know the texts sent to your customers informing them of specials for the day? Why couldn't you do that regarding this change? Super disappointed, Lucid owner/management. You WILL see a drop in sales because of this decision. I'm sad for the budtenders who will suffer financially because of this decision. I'll take my money elsewhere.Update: I was able to take advantage of the 3-2-1 promotion going on through Thursday of this week. Staff was amazing as always. Thank you.

Lucid has been going downhill for the last couple years.They do not maintain the website or keep the menu up to date making it impossible to know what is actually on the menu or what is in stockThey recently dropped their great sale specials which was one of the big reasons I came to Lucid.The staff complains about the owner's and how they are taking away all the things that customers liked.Time to find a new dispensary that cares about its customers.

Can't count on nothing here. Their favorite thing to do is specials on certain days or times of day until you get used to them, then canceling them without notice to the customer. Sure glad I got up early for their no longer existent happy hour for 30% off, just to unknowingly pay their full, inflated prices. There's too many other options around to waste your time here.
