Rented a unit for roughly a year here. Lady is super nice and accommodates to your needs. Had a unpack container dropped off there so I could pack everything in it and get it picked up. Everything was easy and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. Would recommend to rent here.

I have had a storage here for a couple of years now. I have not had any problems at all. Clean, dry storage units. Shari in the office is always so nice to deal with. I would recommend this storage facility!

Excellent customer service, easy online billing, they always let you know when your bill is due or any updates to the unit. Additionally, I was helped several times when I forgot my key code. They even notified me when I did not properly lock my lock so I could come back and lock mu unit. They offer a wife variety of sized units with great pricing! Highly recommend!

Cheri and the staff at LPS are second to none! Polite, professional, and extremely personable! They were very accommodating and helpful at every turn. During the process of moving to Florida, we needed to get a 28 ft semi trailer in to pack things in. They made sure to get me a unit that was close by the best place to park the trailer. When I needed an additional storage unit, they made sure to give me one as close to the first unit as possible. Their efforts made loading the trailer seamless for 2 storage units. The units are clean, well maintained, and well secured. If I'm ever back in the area and in need of a storage unit, LPS will be my first and only stop.

Lacey Pacific Storage is in one word AWESOME!!! Cheri Ewing is GREAT! Cheri and her staff are amazing their customer service is the best. Always professional yet very personable. it is always a pleasure to talk with her. My wife and I have used this facility since 2017 and have never had any issues. the location is great the grounds are well taken care of and if you need to talk to the staff and they are busy, leave a message and they will always return your call. I would recommend Lacey Pacific Storage to family, friends or anyone looking for a great facility to store your valuables and they are always in the right price range, very affordable compared to others in the same vicinity or farther away.
