Was accused of stealing the close we walked in with by the manager Adrianne. Exactly ZERO evidence of theft and we were asked to leave. Could’ve shown her we even just bought the coat and shirt in question. But nope, she was too busy being a nut job.Adrianne I hope all your nights are as sad and pathetic as you are.

High prices for most of their clothing items that are used.

They make it really hard to donate items. It’s supposed to be open 10-6 for donations. However I’ve come here twice and had to call about why it’s closed. Even after calling to make sure they are open before making the drive they are still closed by the time I arrive 5min later. Very frustrating.

I like this Goodwill because they have a large selection of Gonesh incense that they keep on stock. They have an okay selection of DVD's and they really shine around the holidays, as they have a mini-Halloween store with lots of new, cheap costume accoutrements and they have a lot of Christmas stock on shelves near the front. Always check around the sports equipment and furniture area because they have an interesting selection and I always walk away with something. The best thing about this location is that they are next door to a Baskin Robbins. When I give them 3 stars it isn't because there's anything wrong with this place, it's just that it's a Goodwill, which is always just okay. You get cheap, but you always feel like you need to wash your hands afterwards.

No dressing room and Saturday night manager, just did not give crap. We do not live here, but prices were just way high, not just me, everyone there was saying same thing.

Prices are about $1.00 cheaper for clothing at this location than other Goodwills in Olympia/Lacey stores. Staff has always been helpful and friendly exce. Little space for drop off donations so if there is a line pick another time.

Never have any good stuff anymore and the stuff they do have is so incredibly over priced ! I have found a LOT of dollar tree items that were USED or broken, & priced higher then they would be brand new at dollar tree. A lot of stained overly worn graphic t shirts and sweaters that are long past their "well loved" phase, priced more then you would buy them new ! Occasionally I'll find something cool but the prices are so severely disappointing considering everything they sell was free & they pay their employees below minimum wage!

A drop off a few months ago was quick & easy. Today I came with a car full of items at 2:00 on a tues. Cones were blocking dropoff. I asked an employee that was standing in the dropoff area what was going on. He said it would be open in a half an hour. I ran some errands, wasted a little time, came back in a halfof an hour to find a sign that said “ drop off closed for the day” … my extra items willGo on facebook marketplace or the trash from now on. Guess they have enough donations

Theresa was awful to honestly say the least. I always give people the benefit of the doubt if they’re having a bad day, but complaining front of an entire line of customers and being horrible to people and throwing my stuff around was not okay with me. She was grabbing clothes that were left on top of had fallen aggressively on her way to the registers after the poor cashier was left to be by herself an hour before close with a bunch of people. She was loudly verbalizing her hatred for people leaving their stuff on top and on the floor. Which I do agree is very frustrating, but she was very hostile and rude about the situation. She was not friendly. I got some bathing suit bottoms, and a fitted sheet. I made sure all of them were folded and tags were exposed when I set my stuff down. She put the hanger on the plastic very aggressive, which just added to the poor experience. When I got my items back, they were all messed up, the sheet was all jumbled up, and she was just a very unpleasant person to be around honestly. She was what I am assuming to be the manager on duty, and she should not be acting like that.

Teresa took an item that I grabbed to buy, kept it on the cashier unitl I went to grab some more items. When I went to pay for it, she didnt have it. She said that it needed to get tagged. It was tagged. She didn't want to sell it because she wanted for her friend. She is always complaining of working holidays. It is frustrating that you are buying some and the cashier likes it take away from you.

I wanted to share some signs I recently found in a Goodwill Store at 1145 Galaxy Dr. N.E. Lacey Wa. 98516. Don't go in if you might have to use the bathroom at anytime during shopping. I asked the cashier where the dressing rooms were she told me there are no dressing rooms. I asked how I was supposed to know if the things fit and she shrugged her shoulders. I, then, asked what happens if I cannot wear what I buy. (I have tried some of the 'life hacks' that are supposed to help determine if clothing will fit without trying them on. Not all of them work well, and they don't work all of the time.) She told me I can bring it back for an in-store credit. In other words, they want customers to buy a pig in a poke, and then force them to shop there for a replacement, which, again, might not fit. Not much 'good will.'

This will be my last visit there. $3.99 per record is so wrong. Those are dollar records all day, many are not even worth a quarter. I realize management has heard there’s a vinyl craze. Maybe, it’s because they have been so cheap for 30+ years?? Just because they are records does not mean they are worth much. Make records affordable again. Make thrifting THRIFTING again.

Worst Goodwill I’ve seen. Small. Nothing good. Staff are lovely, and they do what they can, but the store is not worth visiting. Oh, and Goodwill online has ruined the physical stores…
