Great experience from estimate to fix. My estimator, Jon Brantley, secured my GMC running board as soon as I said let's do it. It was while GMC was on strike but he got the last one his supplier had in stock. They were less than a local competitor and the work was timely and well done.

Excellent work done...good as new. After a relatively minor hit and run collision, my wife was devastated that her new SUV would never be the same again..after a few weeks driving a rental car, the SUV was ready, and looking brilliant! Luckily the damage was limited to the exterior.

Not honest. Did not fix the damage part but claimed they did. Make sure you have your regular mechanics check your car post their repair.

Myself and my family have brought multiple cars here over the 20+ years we've lived in the area and have never had a negative experience. These folks are knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and incredibly patient which is a huge deal considering the majority of their clients are crazy stressed. A+ service, will always come back here.

I would give it less than 1 star if possible. Not only have I had an issue with this company once, but now twice. And when asking for reimbursement of their faults *** been met with arguments on many levels from the owner himself. Not once has he offered even an apology for the negligence of his company and staff, but argues with me that what Im asking for is unreasonable. I simply asked for the reimbursement of my loss of work, my recalibration of my interlock due to their negligence and the reimbursement of the battery I paid for that was not installed into my vehicle once a staff member told me they could not salvage my battery and charge it enough to work.I was left stranded, waiting for *** for hours, having the *** staff member tell me my battery was the original battery from the manufacturer. Lacey collision argued with me that they changed my battery out, then double checked and found it on the shelf. I spent an entire day waiting around for *** and Lacey collision to fix the problem that Lacey collision lied and said they had done. Im appalled at the owner and his professionalism and the lack of empathy towards the paying customers when his staff does wrong.

The staff was great. Looked over my car, took lots of pictures, which included the front and back, and checked everything that dealt with the accident. The staff was very helpful, polite, and answered all questions about the car what to do. The place is very nice, clean and barely any wait time. Plus, they have coffee, water, and a bowl of candy. I'm very happy with the service. ?

Don't do business with Lacey Collision. On 4/19/2023, my elderly mother had an appointment to get an estimate to fix her car that was recently in an accident. She was rudely handled by the receptionist and was told that it would be several days before they could look at the car, even though she had an appointment through her insurance. They continued to badger her when she attempted to get the insurance company on the phone to get help, only to end up in tears and being forced out of the lobby into the rain outside. The final straw was her own car keys being thrown at her like a dog to her feet by one of the employees. The owners should be embarrassed of how their employees treated an elderly woman in her 70s. Being in a recent car accident puts a lot of stress on people and continuing to harass them to tears instead of helping them with kindness and understanding clearly shows that you shouldn't be in business if you can't treat people like humans.

************DO NOT USE THIS SHOP***************When attention to detail FAILS. When time lines are NOT met. When Communication is NOT a concern. When Quality Assurance is of NO use. My truck was supposed to be in for one week, it has been over a month. Feb 13 2023, After I make contact:I am bringing my truck in tomorrow, it has been scheduled for 2 months now, you have everything to get this done inside the one week time table correct. "Let me double check, yup we have it all."Week One: After I make contact: Well, you see there is going to be an extra $3000 in labor and parts so we need get approval to do the work, so we have not started yet. Week Two: After I make contact:So uh yeah well we have not heard back from the dealer so we have not started so ya." Me. "Who did you contact at the dealer?" "uh well that information is uh well not uh ya, its not in the notes, so Ya, uh-- when we hear from them we will give ya a call so ya" Week Two: After I make contact:So uh, ya, umm well we got the approval so ya the guys are going to get started on it. we are going to get the parts ordered so uh ya, should be done next week.... Week Three: After I make contact requesting a manager"So uh yeah, looks like the wrong parts were ordered, but hey we verified they were on hand and the right parts. We took your truck apart and got started.. so yeah, looks like the parts will be here next week because we didn't have the right parts.Week Four: After I make contact:So we are still waiting on parts, and so ya, the bed is off your truck, and everything so ya, we are just kinda waiting for the parts."Week Five: After I make contact requesting the General Manager.So ya, I was going to call you in an hour but ya your ready to go, all is good. if you want to pick up your truck, because it will be another week or two before the last parts get here for your door sills. they are washing your truck and it will be good to go tomorrow if ya wanna pick it up, So uh yeah, March 17, 2023. I picked up my truck.THE WRONG PARTS are installed, but hey "They matched everything." Now I have to go back, have them remove the wrong parts, install the correct parts, take time out of my week, my day because of the absolute incompetence of this shop. Here is the catch-- This was a warranty paint correction job. No accident. no insurance, Ford Certified warranty work. The only thing I can do now is QUESTION all the work, all the body pins, molding, pins, gaskets, that were installed, and if they were installed correctly. Because they could not match part for part removed. They could not clean up their adhesive mess from the exterior. There is buffing compound in the bumper, buffer pad burns in the plastic of the bumper and now swirls in the paint from incorrectly washing. Until my truck went to Lacey Collision, it had only ever been ran through a touchless carwash. To be clear: I was very vocal of my dissatisfaction and lack of professionalism, and service from this worker Directly as well as the reception people when calling in. Save yourself the headache, the money and go somewhere else.
