Do yourself and your child a favor..However long it takes, get on their wait list!!! We are forever grateful knowing that whenever our son was in that building, he was safe, he was loved, he was cared for and he was able to cope with his emotions. We loved and appreciated the insane level of communication from his teachers and the directors. We are super grateful for their level of patience. We love that staff members that are not even his teachers know his name. They have an amazing team here with an excellent curriculum. Our son has learned and developed so much over the past 18 months and we wish he could stay there a little longer...but Army!!! Thank you Kiddie Staff!

Staff members seen to be polite at first but are very passive aggressive. I PCS to the area Fall of 2022. when to the location in person to inquired availability I was informed that my kids were going to available to start at the end of Spring of 2023. I was contacted by the staff on or around March to ask me if I was still interested in having my twins attend the academy and I answered Yes. When I reached out to the center mid May to inquire the next step and if they had a set date for the twins to start the staff responded with that my slot was giving to someone else do to me not paying a security deposit yet I was never informed of any deposit.

The care of our littles is of utmost importance and we must also remember that others wellbeing is equally important. Our experience has been great with transitioning our twins to childcare. Staff, Communication and Care has been amazing. As a dual working family and one being medical, during these times we understand the unforseens and adjust accordingly.

Our daughter attended kiddie academy and absolutely loved it! Her teachers Keirsten, Kia, Alysa, and Renee were wonderful and treated her as an extension of their own family. The entire staff is friendly and professional, the facilities clean and safe, and care for children top notch! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!

Hi,Since my son's care is coming to an end at Kiddie Academy I will like to leave my review. First, I love every single one of the ladies at this facility specially those that have care for my son (he is a trouble maker) they had the patience and love for him and I do appreciate every single conversation they had with him and the way they discipline the kids. Also, my daughter does summer camp and she loves her classroom and her teachers. It's been more than a year having my kids at kiddie academy and it is sad to leave but is about that time to start school. I highly recommend this school, the activities and learning techniques are amazing and very educational. All I wish is blessings for everyone at Kiddie Academy.Thank you,Gigi Lemes

We have had a great experience at Kiddie Academy and Lacey. The teachers we’ve had in every classroom have been phenomenal. Ms. Alicia I’m Toddler Terrance cares so much for our daughter and is really an advocate for her. They helped us continue potty training and every day when we drop our daughter off she wants to go hug every previous teacher!

Highly recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone looking for a nurturing, educational childcare. The teachers and management staff work diligently to insure the individual needs of each child are met and that the parents feel confident leaving their child here while they are at work. Having open communication, daily reports and cameras in all the rooms provides additional comfort for the parents knowing that their child is being cared for by loving staff members. The teachers are dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable environment with fun daily activities for the children to learn and grow in their class. It's evident they truly care and want the best possible experience for all the families enrolled here.

The kids, myself and my husband absolutely LOVE Kiddie Academy. We appreciate each and every staff member and the communication and love they have provided our family. Bringing my kids to you all was EXTREMELY hard for me as I have extreme anxiety when it comes to my children, but everyone quickly became loved and trusted by my children which in turn led me to trust and love all of you.I want to thank everyone at Kiddie Academy for all that you have done and continue to do day in and day out. My family and I appreciate you all from the bottom of our hearts.

I had a terrible experience at another daycare center and Jess the director was so accommodating and kind, so were the other ladies I met, including the lovely lady who makes the meals for our kiddos there. The teachers in my Littles class were so nice and sweet and just picked up my daughter and started washing her hands before she played with toys. I am sorry James in one of the other reviews thinks it's okay to leave a review like that during record breaking freezing temperatures when we wouldn't have a daycare to take our children to if something happened to these wonderful kind ladies who work there. Commute is very dangerous right now due to snow and ICE and I am happy to to put the safety of everyone involved first before a few dollars im missing at work. Almost everyone who works at this daycare has children. I hope that gentleman's child is safe and gets to make a snowman and have a nice snow day instead of hearing his dad rant about something out of all of our control- the dangerous weather. Judgement calls are not fun but necessary. Safety first!

Quit sending your kids here. They can’t keep enough employees to take care of all the enrolled kids. The classrooms are always overpacked & out of ratio sometimes because they can’t keep employees. The turn over right is extremely high because they don’t know how to treat their employees. The teachers they do have are great. Management is awful with an exception of Ms. Emily. Ms. Emily is the only one who actually cares & will do anything she can to help, can’t say that about the rest of management.

While my kids did not receive care here, we were on the waitlist for awhile. This facility, specifically Emily, was the only one in the local area that communicated regularly on where we were on the waitlist. I would trust them with my kids 100% if my family ever had to move back (military).

I should have trusted my gut and went with the negative reviews when going with this academy but I figured there will always be a few negative parents opinions. I was wrong. I had my 2 year old child there for two weeks roughly and pulled him out. He was only in his actual classroom 4 of the 7 days he attended and had 3 seperate teachers because of the staffing issues. I was told in the beginning they would continue his potty training with no problem, they offered him the "potty" only 1 day out of 7 only after I emailed the director because we had regressed at home. I constantly had to email them about the cameras not being in the correct room as my child because of short staffing. One instance I came to pick up my child outside (after they told me to bring gloves for him) he was without gloves on in 38 degree weather, his diaper had somehow wrapped around his leg and his pajama bottoms were soaked in urine. All while being outside for im not sure how long. That same day they weren't served anything to drink with lunch but it was charted that they had.. One of the last incidents was my child being bit by another toddler. They wrote a report and assured my husband they would "shadow" the child. The next day I was watching the cameras and watched the same child grab another child by the shirt, shake him and then attempt to bite my child again in which my child pulled his arm out of his shirt and smacked the child away. Instantly I called the school because they told me it was being handled. It wasn't. I had put our 2 weeks in yesterday because my child has regressed to the point of peeing on the couch instead of using the potty chair, hardly eats and screams bloody murder when we pull up to this facility. Our last day was today when I noticed one of the teachers grabbed my child and another child by the arm to pick up the blocks they threw on the ground after I was told they only enforce "positive reinforcement" approach. Again, lies. I messaged the director My husband picked my child up today immediately after nap time because I couldn't stand him being there any longer. I went to get him ready for a bath and notice two more bite marks on his rib and thigh. These marks I was not aware of, and the same child was there that bit him the first time and attempted thr second time. I have yet to receive responses for any of the emails expressing concerns for staffing issues or how the children are being treated. I would definitely not take your children here. Ms. Alysa was amazing and did her best and I thank her for that but never would I suggest anyone to bring their children here. It's a pretty building nothing more. And if you do take your children here, please watch the cameras more often. You'd be amazed at what I saw on those cameras.

My kid has had a different teacher every week. The last good one went to lunch and didn’t come back. They pay all their employees minimum wage and it shows, staffing issues are obviously a problem. My 2 year old had diarrhea because he drank whole milk and they said he couldn’t come back for 72 hours per, ”health department guidelines” which are no where to be found. Turns out, they just had too many kids and not enough employees so they found an excuse to send mine home but still tell me I had to pay because it was an I’ll was that kept him out of school.I told the owner I couldn’t pay my bill if they weren’t going to let my boy go to school because my wife is out of work watching him, and she laughed at me.
