Can’t say enough great things about this place. Been here twice, and they alway could squeeze me on the schedule super quick. Super knowledgeable and stellar professionalism! Also, I have not found a more down to earth, fair priced shop around. Thanks guys!

If you want your exhaust centered, don’t come here.. I came here because I have a 2001 Lexus is300 And I got the Rear bumper repainted, but my exhaust wasn’t centered so it was melting the paint on The bumper. I originally told him he needed to extend the Exhaust Which he did. When he showed me the work, he didn’t extend it as far out as I told him it needed to go. He promised me that if I go get my bumper repainted again that the exhaust won’t burn my paint. I went to get it repainted for $600 And it got burnt again. Went to the shop a second time and told him I needed it extended farther out. Once his work was complete, he didn’t extended out any farther. He just recentered it again And now my paint is melting for the third time

Really like this shop. I was visiting Olympia from out of town and my '78 van started making an unusual noise. Most mechanics won't look at something that old but one recommended I call Jimmy's. They let me know that they wouldn't be able to fit me in for work for about a week but they could check and see if it was serious. I left it with them in the evening and in the morning they checked it out and told me it was safe to drive.
The gentleman helping me (Jerry I think) was friendly, and he only charged me for a half hour of diagnostics, aired my tires, and recommended something to help clear the noise.
If this shop was local to me it would be my go-to.

I had a caliper on my vehicle sticking. I was not familiar with shops in the area but was referred to Jimmy's Auto. They managed to squeeze me in as I was not near home and couldn't get far. I found them professional and fair. They fixed the problem and did what was needed at a fair price.

The only Auto Shop in the PNW I will go to!! The whole crew is amazing always giving me the best prices for work as well as squeezing me in their schedule when no one else can! I definitely recommend! My family and I literally don’t trust any one else as much as Jimmys auto shop!!

Jimmy’s replaced a muffler that obviously was bad. When I pointed out they had replaced a muffler & tail pipe 2 years earlier, I was given a full refund for the most recent.Super friendly & helpful. Rare to find their kind of customer service.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

Two words...catalytic converter. If you are like me and went to start your car in the parking lot only to find it now sounds like a motorcycle starting up you too have found yourself to be a victim of a stolen catalytic converter. Jerry was fantastic and was able to get me scheduled for the fix within two days of calling.My repair was done faster than expected and they made it easy on me by working with my insurance adjuster. Having a part stolen or vehicle out of commission can be frustrating but Jimmy's took the burden off with their excellent service.
