What a dynamic group of people that really care about the mission of housing people and families. Talk about experience, they got it! 20 years is something to brag about! What a great model of success. Also the property management team is stellar and they really make this organization shine! That leadership from Trudy ?

I was told the first time I called that they don't help families, only single individuals, and the first lady I talked to was very rude. However I decided to call again recently and the other lady that answered cleared it up for me that they do actually help families, and she was very helpful and polite.

Person (male) who answered phone yesterday "doesn't have time to answer questions and phone calls. He is very rude. I went to FAQ on Website and it didn't answer all of my questions. Hope office staff is nicer in person.

Was looking at places to move on Craigslist and found a home in Shelton I could afford for my family. Turns out military only from what I have read on fair housing and what lawyers have said this is a discrimitory act. You can offer discounts but not make multifamily units avalible to only military. I won't be working with these people and I will be reporting them to fair housing. I see they are supposedly all about helping people find homes. When all I see is red tape and them choosing the class of people they want to rent to. Not who qualifies. If they are advertising like this for homes then I wouldn't want to rent. God only knows what they would pull on a disabled person if they are already discriminating before you can even look at the home. You really want to make a difference homes first help everyone not just who you see fit.

I was as they told me one of their best renters.. Always keeping my house looking great.. Always paying rent on time.. And rarely called them to fix anything mainly did it on my own. Rented from them for a Lil over 5 years. First I was going through Windermere then Mike fouts. Now Ron Stuart. Windermere and Mike fouts were both super great landlords. Ron Stuart however is the worst landlord I've ever dealt with. He's attempting to charge me to repaint my whole house white when the house was far from white when I moved in... They are saying I'll owe $650..I do have pictures of it when I moved in and am going through a lawyer. His assistant Amy also told me he owed me money for over paying on rent.. Which he is refusing to give me. Also illegal. Through my whole moveout process they have been very unprofessional.. I also signed paper work saying I would be moved out by the end of May since I paid for the whole month. He's been called me all the time asking if I was moved out yet even went to my house walked in and got irritated when my stuff was not gone. Very unprofessional. Do not rent from Ron Stuart!!
