“We've made two trips to Home Depot in the past week to buy the larger arbor vitae's. My decades of experience with Home Depot is that they are inexperienced & short staffed. Not the case with this store! Huge compliments for your friendly, cheerful and VERY helpful staff! On both visits I bought 3 of the larger trees and no way I could get them into the car by myself. On each occasion an employee put them in my car! Wish I would have gotten the first guys name. Today it was George Alfaro who was a great ambassador for Home Depot! My only complaint.... isn't the customer always right?!?! I tried to give them a tip & they steadfastly refused. Shame on Home Depot for not allowing your customer to do something that makes them happy!”

“I love Home Depot stores and this is a good one. Really big store with tons of inventory, they rent trucks and trailers also. Because it's good it's really busy though, and the traffic in Hawks Prairie area is always tough. If you don't like it busy you can go to the Fones Rd store. Most the time that place is almost empty.”

“I had to buy a specific tool and was helped by Nick (he said he was from the flooring department), who was just walking by. Despite his being from a different department, he helped me find exactly what I needed, which was not easy, as Dewalt had a special going on and also because this particular tool was stored in different shelves - not easy to find. I've never had such competent, friendly customer service before in a hardware store. Promote this guy!”
