“Sound and Vision Living is a real gem and our favorite Olympia place for design, inspiration, and a warm welcome! We discovered this shop soon after moving to Olympia, and Nicole, Dan, and Megan were quick to welcome us and get to know us--and we soon found ourselves looking for excuses to stop by and browse. Everything they sell has so much character and style, and it's just a happy place to visit. We decorated our living room and my video studio with midcentury modern furniture and perfect accents that helped make our house a home--and they're our go-to any time we need to shop for gifts. “We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and Isaiah listened to what we had to say. He was very knowledgeable and we never felt like we were asking "dumb" questions. Store is very clean, easily accessible, and we never felt like we were being pressured to make a decision immediately. Great customer service and excellent products.”

“A friend of mine got me a beaded bracelet with charms and I'm in love. I've been in the store before but never really found anything that I really thought I needed to have. I love looking at all the different stuff they have though and I'm giving 5 stars because of the bracelet and the price. They're so reasonable and the bracelet is being worn daily and it's exceptionally well made. Love it!!!!”
“I normally just go to This store for the Amazon locker but sometimes I will shop here and the clothing Aisles are a bit too narrow . But otherwise it’s an amazing store! Great selection!”
“The employees are always so very nice, I never feel harassed or rushed. The only downfall is some of their items are locked up so you have to have someone come to unlock them but then they take them to the register and unless you are done shopping for me I tend to forget about the items waiting at the registers and they don't remind you. So I pay for everything else and leave without those items.”
“I had a great experience at this store last eve. With employee Kelvin as he was on the money with service and thoroughness. My refrigerator went kaput so we went to two nearby home depos with zero luck on buying one, then walmart no dice. We arrive at Lowes Olympia (60 miles from my home) at 940PM, the crew was already closing some doors and cleaning up the parking lot. We enter, go to the appliance dept and there are three good models. I flag down an employee with "customer service" on her vest, seems pretty smart, I ask her if she was a manager she says, I only have a week on the job, but she calls another guy who knew his stuff but says we only have 14 minutes and he checks the last floor model and volia there are three in stock. He takes off for parts unknown never to be seen again. Then Kelvin arrives, I show him the floor unit, he scans and goes to the stock area and he is moving with a purpose. I hear dollys a movin, he got it. He goes right to the nearest checkout comuter, I mention I am not interested in the extended warranty, he explains the 48hr return policy, he also stated regarding stand up vs laying down the fridge relative to a 24 hr wait. We complete the transaction. Kelvin very carefully manuvers the load to the front of the store, I bring the truck over and another employee helped get it on the truck. We're set. Kelvin definitely exhibited excellent customer service on a tight deadline, this made our experience at Lowes quite memorable and valuable.”
“My husband bought a lawnmower that wasn't working, and the manufacturer was being less than helpful to fix it. Big shout out to Erika at this Lowe's store for meeting us halfway, even though it was a manufacturer issue, and helping us to a solution that fixed the lawnmower. She turned a frustrating situation into a positive one with understanding and empathy. Thank you so much, Erika!”
“As a new homeowner I'm here a lot and the employees are always very helpful and kind. Just today one lady went above and beyond helping me find an air pump for a flat wheel barrow wheel. And then the gentlemen (Jason?) checking everyone out at the pay kiosks was super gracious while simultaneously helping me look up my Lowe's rewards and a person next to me with a veterans discount, even with the man behind me who was being pretty verbally impatient. (even though there were literally three people total in line and he had to wait maybe 2 minutes...) That they are still able to be so zen after black Friday is a feat. I hope they get a holiday bonus.”
