Came in right before closing after not being able to find another hair salon in town to take a walk-in and was greeted nicely and was told that we could get the haircut even though it was close to closing. The hairstylist Martina was very nice and accomidating to our needs when asking her questions. She's styled and cut my moms hair and made it look really nice, she definitely knows what she's doing and is a great stylist. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a haircut or certain style with your hair. Thanks Martina!

Stylist: I love Martina @ the Lacey, Wa. branch. She is the only one I go to for my layered ‘shag’ cut as she is such a great hairstylist!
We are moving to So, California in 14 days to live and I wish I could take her with me !

Tammara was incredible. I walked in as a new client and will be returning. She made me feel at ease and checked in the perfect amount as we went through to make sure I was good with what she was doing. My hair looks and feels wonderful, and most of all I left feeling like I'd made a pretty decent connection with another person. Would definitely recommend.

The haircut that was given to my brother was absolutely embarrassing. The stylist responsible should be ashamed of herself, and she would be better off working food service, where her inconsistent cutting could at least make a decent French fry. Having a stylist tell someone "I know better" while actively and carelessly screwing up their hair is appalling, and the lack of communication is even more disappointing. I'd tell you to do better, but you have neither the capacity or care to improve. I hope you have the day you deserve.

I think this was the worst haircut I’ve ever had done. I showed my stylist 2 pictures of what I wanted, showed her what I liked and didn’t like about each picture and told her what I wanted in depth. However, she did not tell me before cutting my hair that the haircut wouldn’t be achievable due to my hair texture. She decided to part my hair and then cut it (the hair in the picture was not parted.). Then, when she decided to unpart my hair, the top was way to short and there was practically a chunk of hair missing in the middle. All of the pieces are extremely uneven and there wasnt anything else I could do unless I wanted to be bald (which I didn’t.). I asked why this didnt look like the picture and it was THEN when she told me that the style wasnt achievable. If the style wasnt going to happen, she should’ve told me way before she started doing anything so that I would know and we could do something else. I left extremely unhappy and cried in my car because my hair looks so bad right now. This is the worst my hair has ever looked.

I had my hair cut by Daria last night. . .I could not be happier! Not only did she do a WONDERFUL job, but she was SO NICE to me. I am a large woman, and let's just say that, sadly, people are not always nice. Daria made me feel so comfortable, took good care of me, and gave me a hair cut that I love. I would definitely recommend HairMasters, and especially Daria. . .Thank you again for the excellent customer service! :)
