The buildings are going to crumble because of the accumulation of moss on the roofs and decks. The heater was broken. There were spider webs behind the doors. A little maintenance would go a long way.

I coordinated our company picnic at Gwinwood. It was a huge success! The staff was very helpful getting everything organized and planned. They were super accommodating and helpful before the event and the day of. The food was great and the kitchen staff was so nice and accommodating. The location is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for lots of lawn games, volleyball and fun. And many even enjoyed swimming and canoeing. The picnic was a success thanks to Gwinwood! Thank you for everything!

Book this oasis for retreats, meetings, celebrations of any kind. The people are fabulous. The cabins are the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. The setting is magic!

What a cute area! I went here for a yoga retreat, and it was amazing. The kitchen staff made amazing food, the couches were comfortable. It was clean. Unfortunately, the room I slept in was incredibly cold. Even with all the blankets. Even so, I would definitely go here again for a retreat.

This place is great! I stayed here for one week for music camp. The lake is amazing, you can take a canoe out and look at the beautiful lakeside houses. There are ping-pong tables and a volleyball net. The cabins are sweet, with the bathrooms in the same building and lots of bunk beds. Serene atmosphere even though it's right next to the city.
